I would strongly suggest swapping out the snatch straps for a kinetic rope. Far more effective with much more stretch and much less stress on the vehicles. Especially if one or both of the vehicles are a unibody. When properly used a kenitic rope is nearly impossible to break and have an incredibly long life. Snatch straps degrade rapidly because there are only a few strands doing all of the work vs the kinetic rope having all of the inner fibers doing the work. Select one appropriate for your vehicle weight, is important not to oversize a kenitic recovery rope.

Alot of people opt for the snatch strap because it's more versatile than a kinetic rope. I carry both because they have different task, the kinetic rope is strictly for pulling someone out of mud/sand/snow but the snatch strap is for all other needs like anchoring my cehicle down to winch someone and all towing needs where stretch is bad.

@@jordanl5628 Although not as much as a recovery rope, a snatch strap has quite a bit of stretch to it. If you are looking to minimize stretch I would probably opt for winch extension. They tend to take up less space as well.

Who cares what brand it is or were you simply being snide as I suspect? "Hi-Lift" is a term in common use for....jacks with a high lift capability vs bottle jacks for example.
