I once worked with a nepo baby, in the mailroom. It was a summer job between college semesters. I was Computer Science, he was pre-law. I am pretty sure he got an entry-level job as a lawyer, at his uncle's law firm. It was the biggest law firm in NYC. I don't remember the name of the law firm. We in US must learn to adapt to the changing world order. The dollar's role is changing, as the world thru BRICS+, is determined to diversify its options. Going is the one sided unipolar hegemony where US could bully nations. We must listen to an increasingly unified and growing bloc, or we will be left behind. Our leaders are clueless right now, mostly nonaction or reaction. We need more visionaries who can see into future possibilities. Ray Dalio suggested we reeducate our young people; foster usable and entrepreneurial skills. Too much emphasis on consumption and debt; not enough on investments in usable skills, lifelong learning, strong work ethic. Less on meaningless distractions, more on providing skills and opportunity to all social sectors, not just the priviliged.

Just to add: the objective for building these empires was never to last forever(or so we should view it)but to use them as a means to acquire the vast resources needed for building a legacy so big enough that even time can not erase. To understand this, think of a time you had an idea but lacked the financial resources to materialise that idea. Then it will be that you never achieved any success hence no legacy to point at. Great one alux 👏!

I expected better history research from you Alux. I am a regular true Aluxer for many years and this is one rare video from you that threw me off. I am from India and the Mughal empire is hardly a dynasty of assimilation. It was a brutally oppressive regime subjugating Indian local cultures expect during rule of Emperor Akbar . Cultural integration was truly prevelant under Mauryan rule where Hindu, Buddhist and other prevelant cultures were never persecuted even with a state sponsored religion subscribed by the ruler.
