Honestly, i feel like ding this is so much better than doing an actual workout if you know what i mean. first off, it is so much fun unlike workouts that arent like this so i am more motivated to do it and excited to. Second, i personally feel like im moving so much more than other workouts and it really gets my heart rate up. Thank you for taking your time and creating these for us because i know they take time and i am pretty sure everyone loves them. And please keep doing them! i look forward to dancing and working out at the same time!

@@sxnsxt6663 ​I know I'm a year late but I saw this and thought id reply. I started doing dance workouts last year in July. I had gained some weight and was really unhappy. These workouts are an amazing way to move your body, sweat and burn calories (if that's your goal) she also incorporates squats, lunges etc which really help to tone your body and make you strong. I love maddies dance workouts because I've seen physical results and my strength and stamina has improved so much so YES. Also Chloe is great too but these are just was more fun!!

I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS COMMENT. I have Just Dance 2020 (it has ALL Just Dance Songs + more) and the dance moves are very, very similar. I kind of want to turn it on and see if she copied the moves from there lol...

As an uncoordinated, out of shape girl, I usually hate dance workouts. But loved, loved this one. As a product of the 90’s I loved the music picks and I am so happy u added actual workout routines that I am familiar with. I was able to keep up and enjoy the whole thing. I usually get so frustrated with dance workouts because they move way too fast. Thank u for this. I’ll be doing it again as well as trying out your other ones!

I always did something I was a little not ready to do. I think that's how you grow. When there's that moment of, 'Wow, I'm not really sure I can do this,' and you push through those moments, that's when you have a breakthrough. Oh yes, the past can hurt. But, you can either run from it or learn from it.

The Bible is truth. Please read at least three books of the Bible, Genesis Mathew and one you chose yourself. As you do practice forgiveness, that’s what makes it click. Parents are easiest. They’ve loved you to some degree. It’s actually extremely important to forgive them specifically, that relationship has spiritual significance to God. Remember to break down before Jesus Christ and ask for forgiveness too. Please, it’s really important that you do these things as soon as possible. The Bible is truth’ Jesus Christ is Lord.

okay, I´m going to challenge myself. I usually only do the song-workouts on maddie´s channel (because I like them the most) but starting today, I will do every workout video that Maddie posts, even if it involves dancing/beginner/hard/stretching... anything. I am going to do all of them!! love you Maddie! looking forward to the video´s you will post! day one (Video nr 1/this video) is complete :)) Day two (video nr 2, toned legs and round booty) is done✌️I don't have any resistance bands or dumbells at home so I skipped the bands and used peanutbutter jars as dumbells😂 It was still a killer! Day three: 12min HIIT is complete! I have never liked HIIT workouts so I was very sceptical but I honestly LOVED this one! Definetly will do it again! 💞 Day four: beginner flexibility routine✨ this was very good for me because I'm very inflexible. I did it in the morning and felt great after☺️ Day five: 15min dance thigh sculpt! I am no dancer but this workout was really fun! And I was really sore the next day😅 Day six: say so remix workout!!! LOOOVE her song workout and this is one of my new favourites!! Day seven: standing abs. Never done this before and it was fun to try something new❤️ Day eight: 30min body dancer sculpt! I was a little bit nervous because I thought I wasn't going to be able to do all the workouts since I can't dance but it worked out super well! It was really fun to try new and different workouts and I felt super elegant doing them (even if in reality, I look stupid😂).

LOVE this workout, but highly recommend doing it home alone in case you're a woman in her mid 30s whose husband walks out, sees you dancing like a pool noodle, then slowly closes the door again.

you can still be fit and eat chips! portion control and try to not to eat while watching something or when you’re on ur bed so u don’t get distracted and eat a lot

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I'm 27 and this is the first time in my adult life that I've *actually* enjoyed a workout. I've never managed to stay consistent, so before working on specific goals, I'm just trying to build the habit of moving every day and your dance workouts make it so much easier to START. After doing these, I feel happier and in the mood, so going into resistance training is much easier. I'm now looking forward to doing all of your dance workouts!

I absolutely cannot dance at all yet had seriously the most fun dancing to this. It was a great workout even though I wasn’t doing every move perfectly. Even if you are insecure about your dancing, try this out!! It’s really fun to laugh at yourself.
