I started working out since I was 12 and people would call me try hard and wouldn’t believe that I had cutout abs and a small waist and that would make me feel guilty but I didn’t stop and now everyone’s working out....like what and now all the people who brought me down would ask me for my routine..

If you’re reading this, trust me it works! I’ve been doing for about 5 days now and I look and feel great. I’m on a weigh loss journey and trying to make myself feel better about myself. To loose weight I eat 3 healthy meals a day but the first 2 are light and the last one is a more heavy dinner. I also cut out sugar and eating junk food! Trust me this will work!

@@Amberplayz101 for me in 5 days I definitely got more definition, but it all starts with your body. Everyone’s bodies are different, how their metabolism is etc. plus your starting weight. It may take time for others it may take a while. So I can’t really answer that question because I don’t know how your body works, but you can try it and see how it goes!

Have tried it in March 2024 continued it for approx a month AND guess what, it WORKED ✅ 1. A drastic change in waist size from the periphery as well as from the belly area. 2. Toned buttocks and hips upto an extent as well. 3.Straighter posture of spine. 4.Loss of weight. 5. Almost no bloated tummy. I made no changes in my diet (im a pure vegetarian, consumes dairy products and a lot of carbs like potato and rice. And naturally I take negligible amount of processed/fastfood) Had to take a break due to some personal reasons and now restarting it from mid june 2024.🎉

3 months into doing this workout every single day!!! If feel so much stronger and healthier, and have a great Beach body even though I didn’t do it for the looks, I just did it to feel better, my mental health Is better, and my physical too!! It it really hard at first, but don’t give up, I promise it’s worth it.

Hey guys I am doing this workout so I saw Chloe ting challenge from a influencer and then I started doing that day only cause I was so excited 😅 that I did this workout at 1:00 AM 😅. It was so so so tough Argh!! My Belly hurtttt bro.... Height - 5'5 Weight - 69 Goal- 58/59 Age -16 Year-2024 So here's the schedule First day (13.06.24) - ( it was really really tough for me I had to pause the video to rest but it's okay...)✅ Second day(14.06.24)- ( also it was tough but not that much that I felt yesterday 😭....that feeling of yesterday broooo 😭 ) Third day-(15.06.24)-( it was preety good but the ups and down my godd ! It takes me to death bro 😭 but anyways I did that but if I say in first you will shivering so much but after some time you may not .. actually before doing this challenge I was doing some exercise and after starting this challenge,definitely it was so tough at first but then it will feel okay)✅ Fourth day-(16.06.24)-(it was preety good)✅ Fifth day-(17.06.24)-(really bro it was good and I can do up and down planks clearly like not that smooth like Chloe did but yeah ! I was doing actually a lot better than the first day !! Sixth day-(18.06.24)- You didn't need to remind me or I will not tell you to remind me because I will gonna do this exercise everyday but to find this comment you have to like it so I can share my results with you guys 😅.....hit that like button so I can find my comment in the comment section!!

June 5, 2024... I'm gonna attempt to do this pray for me Day 1: Found myself not fully finishing each set of workouts. I had to stop a couple of times to catch my breathe before jumping back in. I found myself rushing to keep up. But overall good workout can't wait for me to finish my first week!!! :) Day 2: The BURN WAS REALLL. I was hesitant on doing this as I just finished an 8 hr shift. I'm so happy and satisfied I did this. I def did my own modifications for the plank with hip dips & up & down cause I thought I was gonna get a cramp. BUT just like yesterday had to stop once in a while to let myself breathe as my stomach was BURNING. LETS KEEP IT GOINGGGG Day 3 & 4: OMG I DIDNT UPDATE but I took these days as my day off :')) sometimes gotta let ur body heal! But I was so tempted to work out. While I didnt do whole ting my workplace was a def workout Day 5: Still struggling :(( I found ways to breathe in between each time I did the exercise. I am slowly finding it better but it is still burning and still a push!!! Day 6: TOOK A BREAJ UGH AND I ATE ICE CREAM IM SO SADDD Day 7: honestly. I was able to survive a bit. I had to modify workouts such as the hip dips and up & down as it REALLY BURNED MY LOWER CORE. I want to continue to improve my stamina and disciple with these workouts but it was amazing!! Day 8 & 9: MY REST DAYYY!!! went on food trip with boyfie :< while I wasn't working out I hope me walking and standing helped me loose some form of calories LOLLL 10: UGH it felt so nice to work outttt but doing this after a 2-day rest day and just focused on eating food is not buenooooo . BUT I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF THE BURNNN Day 11: GETTING EASIER !!1 BUT STILL FEELING THAT BURNNN! oh god I havent checked if there is any differenced but oh my god. I cat believe ive committed

I haven't got to take pictures during the early times where I have only been doing the warm up exercise and this exercise but I can definitely thank you Chloe Ting because I am on my 3rd week and can definitely see my abs, this is a long dream of mine to have visible abs lololol now I'm not shy whenever we go swimming 😝😝

Started yesterday! Hold me accountable!! Starting weight 60kg (161cm tall/5ft 2) waist: 27inch Day 1: ❤️did waist and booty - absolutely murdered me! Hey guys started the challenge on 11 june 2024. DAY 1- ✅ UPDATE- Day 1: done with the work out, 10 mins felt like 1 hour. I will update you all daily. Day 2:✅ did it with better postures today, felt a little less difficult than yesterday. Had body pain because of this workout but managed to do it today. Will update you tomorrow. Day-3: ✅ today I can see a bit change my belly fat is gone a lil. Whole body was hurting badly but made it today. Day-4✅ had no energy to do this, but managed to do it. Day-5✅ done with the workout, definitely saw the change✅ Day-6✅ guys now It is becoming easier to do the workout. Also I can see the changes for sure. Super proud of myself for being regular. Day-7✅ guys I can see the changes. U you all should definitely try this. Day-8✅

I'm starting this today, gonna do this for a week firstly than followed by second, please like to remind me. Day 1- waist(26.5 inch) did it while taking small pause and breaks...was sweating alot but completed 💗😭 Day 2- ok so it hurted more than yesterday, idk but my belly was hurting alot...but I still did it 🥲🙏 Day 3- Belly still hurted but less than day-2...I felt less bloated and energetic Day 4- I skipped Day-5 I skipped...cuz I had exam lol by Day-6 back at it...gonna be more consistent and will tell you all the results on day 7, guys I'm all ok with my other body parts but my belly hurts alot idk why 😢

Day 1! Trying to work out consistently to alleviate dysphoria. Definitely felt this one lol Day 2: Started doing a 5 min stretch routine immediately after so i don’t feel so tense Day 3: Done Day 4: Been replacing jump exercises with push-ups bc the jumping made my chest bounce and killed my soul :,) Day 5: Spent a lot of time out today, almost forgot to do this Day 6: Did this earlier today but forgot to log it :P Day 7: Very much didn’t want to do this today but did it anyway. One week done :) Day 8: Skipping today… went on a wicked long walk after/to a job interview and got nauseous Day 9: Done Day 10: Done Day 11: Missed, had a big day Day 12: Done! Another big day ahead though Day 13: Done, this one was a bit difficult with how tired i was Day 14

Started on June 8th (the only way i can stay determined with the workout is if i do this 😭) Day 1 (June 8th): ✅ - Had to take multiple small breaks during this since i haven’t worked out at all for a month.
