Is it better to do a deeper push up on your knees if you're a weakling or do a teeny weeny drop in a normal push up shape? You're the best❤ xx

Better to do on your knees with proper form than struggle half way on your toes 👍 the muscles you are working ( chest /upper body and core) have no idea if your knees are down or not!
