I recommend you do four or five times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do three times a week:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.
▶For teenagers- It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs
5 )Love yourself

@@unknownn_user i do her hourglass ab pilates ones the most! i don’t do any specifics tho but i’ve definitely seen a lot of changes the past few weeks doing them. i do 2 a day. a longer one like 15-20 minutes and then a shorter 7-9 minute one

Hello! (TW: mention of starving) Just wanna give I little reminder for anyone that is or is thinking of starving themselves! This method of loosing weight actually makes you gain more weight than you loose in the long run. Metabolism will drop when it is not supplied with enough food/calories. Therefore, if you do it for long enough, you body will start to cling on to the little bits of food you are intaking no matter what they are and start to try to gain more weight. This will also severely decrees you energy levels and your body will become extremely weak. So please don't try starving yourself!! Love yourself for who you are and try loosing weight with healthy diets and reasonable workouts.

U can’t target a particular place to loose fat on. If you want to loose fat try cardio workouts (like this one) or focus on mainly loosing weight, then you’ll see changes.

guys!! i really recommend doing this exercise i have doing it since yesterday and i already lost 1kg and some grams do( i am on a calorie deficit so probably thats a one reason) buttt i really recommend this

Hi! First of all I think you must be ready to shift the way you’re living! And I’d recommend you to wake up early in the morning, do a workout video and plan your meals with the Notes app, or even write them on a paper sticked to your wall to increase your discipline. Then, I’d say to drink plentyy of water and sleep early! These are my main advices for you! Also, try to find a deeeep source of motivation ( maybe an upcoming holiday, an event, a clothe that you want to fit in again..) to STICK TO A HEALTHY ROUTINE, bc consistency is key girrll!! Just know that we’re in this together!

​Well I'm curently doing one of Shirlyn's program (4 weeks full body ), but I also like doing workouts from Hinafit, Lidia Mera, sometimes Holly Dolke (especially for the abs), and April Han gave me results as well!

For that time, I burned around 100 _ 105 calories:) and as you may know, burning calories depends on height, weight, intensity of activity, etc.. Hope you stay happy and healthy:)
