Doing this for 20 days: Day 1: felt a huge burn in legs , had to take a few extra breaks Day 2: felt the biggest burn in the begging, lost motivation at the end and kept stopping but pushed threw Day 3: didn’t stop at all, very proud of myself! Day 4: was so sick that i couldn’t get out of bed, will continue tomorrow if im better Day 4: had horrible neck pain from sleeping but still did it, felt small burn in legs Day 5: did the whole video without stopping, burn in legs! Day 6: best ive ever done, did whole video and felt HUGE BURN! Day 7: I don’t see any difference in my legs. This week I’m going to be in a calorie deficit and drink lots of water. Day 8: Failed calorie deficit, hopefully tomorrow will be better! Completed the workout no breaks.

Heyyyy, I’m trying this for 3 weeks! Left leg: 53 cm Right leg: 54 cm 🌼 Day 1: ✅ It wasn’t that hard, my legs hurt tho, the last few exercises were very hard. @@urvihirani2206 You're welcome! Also a few tips: Drink a lot of water! Get a bottle that you're used to and have it full on your desk so it wont be hard for you to wake up and drink water(when you're lazy) Eat less carbs but still eat them When you feel like eating something eat it! If you restrict yourself you can end up with binge eating and if you continue that process you'll never success! Try to walk every day or go cycling Btw I also added more greenies and reedies to my food cause it helps with good motivation, filling fast!

Doing this workout for 20 days! (On a calorie deficit) also I am doing other exercises on JustFit and it’s helped improve my balance and their workouts are easy so I would do them and find more u can join along with! Such as this one. Day 1- started to burn at the squats but pushed through! Feel great ✅ Day 2- complete, my muscles are aching from yesterday but pushed through✅ Days 3- found this easier did not collapse after the hold squat ✅ Edit: 11/9/24- I forgot to update after 3 days wow anyway Iv still been doing it Iv gone from 9.4 pounds to 8.11 19/9/24- I am now down to 8 stone 9.5 pounds

hiiiii trying this workout as well as lilly sabris beginner abs workout and hailey c. slim arm workout!! went to the doctor and he said to stop my bad eating habits and get some more exercise so thats what im doing! Day1✅ as im typing this its the day after , but i did this workout and the burn was insane. the squats were where i struggled most. stopped halfway with my arm workout i was too tired.. Day2✅ current day! woke up at about 5 am to finish this. the burn was even stronger than yesterday and the ab workout really wore me out, im so sore but i did it so yay! i havent done the arm workout yet, ill do the full exercise this time Day3 ✅ just finished the workout at night instead of the morning like i usually do, my legs are a lot less sore and its getting a lot easier! seeing a small difference and i think my legs are getting stronger? Day4❎ took a break!! dont worry ill continue the day that im typing this! doing this for 14 days! like to remind me to finish!

I did it for 1month almost everyday I can't believe 😱 Before: RT thigh:60cm Left thigh:60cm After: Left thigh55cm RT thigh 54cm After 2month RT thigh:51 Lt thigh:50 In 2nd month I couldn't do my exercise daily due to study .so there is no.huge difference I will update 3rd month too until. Guys I have tried doing this workout before and I only did it for 2 days until I stopped. So this time I'm actually gonna do it for as long as I can coz I got like 2 months with me till schl opens. I NEED SLIM LEGS!!! This time I'm not backing down. Let's do it! Day 1 : ✅ yayy I did it Day 2: ✅ also did it the burn was real but it wasn't that hard Day 3: ❌️ I was out the whole day and I ate some junk food😭 Day 4: ✅ yesss I did it and during the last workout I felt a great burn in my legs but I didn't stop. Also tdy is the day I finally completed the workout without taking additional breaks. Day 5,6,7 I was out coz of Easter hoildays so didn't do therfore I'm not counting these days Day 5: ✅ doneeee its not hard anymore Day 6 : ✅ my legs feel stronger yayy btw I don't do the lunges coz I got knee pain,genes mahn😭 Day 7 : ✅ doneee i feel a lot of pain in my leg area and it feeels goooddd Day 8 : ✅ my legs feel really stong and i can feel my muscles when i touch my legs cant wait for day 9 Day 9 : ✅ i should have taken my starting measurements but its fine. Im starting to see a differnce in my legs but just a tiny one Day 10 : ✅ doneee my legs feel slimmer Day 11: ✅ donee this workout is soo easy rnn and I'm so happy I haven't seen so many changes but my legs feel stronger and that motivates me. But my upper thighs still look the same😭.
