Listen yall I’m young not a baby or nothing but young so for the girls that have been feeling some way or the girls who have MAJOR trust issues when it comes to things like this.let this be the comment that gets you started or consistent. It’s ok not to always want to do this but do this for yourself I gave up last year and stopped during summer this time exactly. I started again earlier this week and that’s how fast I saw results I’m already particular skinny just ALWAYS bloated and have big 🍒 so that doesn’t help 😂 but I promise you keep going no matter what u ate that day. It gets shorter every time I do it like I almost want to do something more challenging. Please try for yourself

I'll be honest, Today was day 13 of doing this exercise and I do not see any difference. I searched for pilates videos bc ive been bulking in the gym and I want to be skinny again. Ive altered my diet and excerise routine and in fact feel heavier than I did 13 days ago. Will not be using this video furthermore. Do not recommend. This video did not help me.
