Welcome to the 15 Minute Tone Series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to tone all your trouble spots using the most effective exercises. You can also add various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge, however, it is still a great workout without it. Get ready to feel the burn and see the changes!
In 15 Min Tone Barre Lower you will use a resistance band around your foot to increase the challenge of standing barre exercises. Start with a quick warm up of knee raises and plie squats and then use the band and the barre behind you with single leg raises to the front and then a glute series. You will do all the exercises for each muscle grouping on one side before hitting the other side. The angle changes and added resistance give a nice burn!
Fitness level: Intermediate/advanced
