Is there any exersices to improve my ankles? I felt like i can lean way lower with reverse nordic but my ankles just said no you dont 🥲

Try putting a rolled up towel or mat under the gap between lower shins and floor and it will take strain out of the ankle. Over time your ankles will get used to this position and you can reduce thickness of towel or take it away
