Thank you Summer - great workout, I love it. Would it be possible to add an audio cue when each set is finished? I noticed there's a bing for switching sides but not when other sets finish.

Could you please do a follow along leg routine some day for reaching "typical" goals such as the pistol squat etc? like the one for beginners for getting the pull ups? :) btw it's been 3 months I'm doing the pull-up workout and I went from 0.5 to (on good days) 6 Pull ups! This is crazyyyy!! Thank you so much!

I'm here after 30 hours to say that i could barely walk today! This was intense! Looking foward to practice it again (maybe next week, lol). I really do believe this is one of the greatest ways to train, because you actually get to explore the hole range of movement your body is capable and get strong with it! So grateful youtube recommended your channel to me!

Hello :) this was my first time working out with you!! :) i am 45 and have started lifting weights but I feel too sore afterward in my joints. I feel like I am causing inflammation. I am inspired by what you do and will follow you now :) those sissy squats are way beyond me!! I will keep at it and will start your upper body videos :):) thank you for sharing with us!! :):)

Looking to complete my first half marathon in a few months and your routines have helped strengthened my legs. Noticeably durning my faster paced runs, my legs don’t tire as much as they used to. Many thanks from Hong Kong!

This is perfect for a good legs workout at home. I go to the gym, but I’ve been looking for some more things to add to my workouts besides what I do in weightlifting. Adding this will help me change it up a bit. Thank you, summerfunfitness.

Hey Summer, I love your videos so much! Strength training has never been this fun. I’m doing at least one of your workouts almost everyday - I really love the 6 Minute Core routine. I am 24F have knee issues (grade 2 patella chondromalacia) and love that you did a no jumping one I got my pull up recently btw. You’re my favorite calisthenics coach

@@nat_eliza Thank you! Took me several months (I was not trying to do it as if it's the most important thing. But Summer helped me so much enjoy the process that one day, even though I felt just as weak as always, I somehow pulled myself up on a tree branch! I was like - this cannot be. I literally have no idea what I did, plus haven''t been to gym in a month.)

Очень крутая тренировка, спасибо! А то не у всех в доме есть турник))) Есть резинки, гантели, гири, но нет турника, а на улицу идти неохота)))) Респект из России вам!!Very cool workout, thanks! Otherwise, not everyone in the house has a turnstile))) There are elastic bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, but there is no horizontal bar, and I don't want to go outside)))) Respect from Russia to you!!

You don't need a horizontal bar. You can hold on to a chair, a table or even a wall

Thanks for posting this. I just subscribed. I’ve been needing to do something like this. My hips are mega stiff. I just got legitimately injured after 10 years of lifting weights. I think this will help once I recover.

I am heeeerererreeree!!!I I was on vacation for 4 weeks so I couldn't do formal workouts but I was walking like 20k steps a day during the trip hahahhh For me the warmup was too calming, I need something that makes my heart beat more so I added jumping squats and swinging legs! I realized my left leg is much stronger than my right one in the shrimp squats, like 4 reps stronger

Which of your videos do you think is most inspiring for a woman that does nothing? A video that shows more or less you going from no training to the strong beast you are today? It's for my wife. If she can set some goals that you've achieved from a relatively novice beginning to advanced, strong, flexible female, then maybe it'll keep her in the game so to speak.
