Have done this workout in Spain, Marbella. Have done it as an alternative to a pull up calesthenics workout. Really good to do some basic/advanced movements under full control. Well explained

I get knee pain from those pistol squats, so I replaced them by lunge squats. The rest was a really good workout! Thanks for sharing it! Do you also have harder workouts in the same style? Greets from southern Germany 😁

15 yro from Sweden here 😁 I am on my summer break right now and plan on doing these workouts a few times a week these two months now and was wondering, I have some trouble with the split squats as it feels like my knees are bending somewhat inwards? It’s pretty annoying and was wondering if you know a way to train them or simply prevent them from doing that?

Hey, 15 yr old from Sweden here 😁 I’m planning on doing these workouts for the 2 months I have my summer break now and noticed that im having trouble with the split squats. My knees bend inwards when reaching a certain position and was wondering if you know some way of training or fixing that?

More of a strength session than big kcal burner. Maybe 600-700kcal per hour so 300-350kcal for this one.

Loved this workout. I didn't think it was that hard at first but then I felt it the next few days with sore muscles and it felt great! Keep doing what you're doing. Love following your workouts.

Thanks, yes I don’t tend to do HIIT workouts so pace can seem slower but results are a lot better if looking to develop strength and an athletic physique 💪🏼

Hi, awesome workout. I did notice a lack of focus on biceps though (i might be wrong about this), could you clarify which of the exercises would help with biceps?, and if i wanted to focus on them more what exercise could i add to the routine? Thank you again, i'm really enjoying the workout so far

Sweaty and trembly from New Jersey USA! I started running 5 km only once a week a few months ago, and even only once a week I'm seeing a lot of cardio gain. So now it's time to tackle the strength training. Same strategy: once a week, full body. Currently, I can only do the beginning of the negative press-up, and pikes are a nonstarter. So I'm substituting with inclined pushups off a (very tall) bed. Here's hoping I'll have something else to report in a few months

Not a fan of kneeling push-ups but Incline push ups are a great option 👌🏼👍🏼. Check out my Calisthenics playlist if you want some variety

Week 3. Upping the intensity: switched the last set of negative pushups onto a firm piano bench, and changed the first two sets of lunges to Bulgarian split squats. THOSE got me to the point of "oh god I can't do this," which is exactly what I want!

do you think this is good enough to do twice a day which allows for increased stability and strength or would you suggest doing this on top of other work outs to cover more muscle groups,

This workout really got me sweating.... Jeeezzz Been out of CrossFit training for a couple of weeks and this might be a very good exercise combo to start up again. Definitely making it my goal to do this 30 min exercise daily. Feels so good... Accomplished. Thanks Tom!!

Well done, just swap them out for regular bodyweight squats for pistol squat half way to a chair or box or bench
