Join me for 20 variations of plank! A strong core can’t be underestimated... all of those squat to press, single leg balancing, lifting and lowering all require a solid core to allow for safety, correct technique and progression!
All you will need for this core workout is a mat! Perfect for those active rest days or anytime you fancy a core tightening routine!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, with 5 seconds to look at screen abs get into position! This is a simple yet effective follow along workout to test your core strength, stability and alignment!
Try to relax and focus on maintaining a long body during the plank.
Keep shoulders away from ears, shoulder blades not too close or far part, quads tight and breath!

Ok, now I’m convinced that Caroline can read my mind. Last Saturday I hoped she’d post a cardio workout, and she posted a jumping jack cardio workout! I was thinking of doing an ab workout on Thursday, and she just posted one!! This looks kinda hard, but I’m excited to try it!

I love how controlled and intentional all of Caroline’s movements are - something to aspire to. Thank you for such amazing workouts! My glutes are still sore from yesterday’s leg day - gotta love DOMS!

Yes very true! It feels like she is enjineering a workout for specific purpose/s. You hit a muscle gp or 2 till you reach the fullest potential. Like today.. Honestly I’d say this is 15 minutes of continuous plank! By the end you can feel all the core burnt plus the shoulders!

I've said it and saying it again. Reaaaaaally loving Epic ii - not too long and not too short for Mon, Tue, Wed with an hour session thrown in each week and half hour hitt each week. The added bonus are the surprises like the cardio and now ab during rest days. Phenomenal! This workout was of Epic proportion!! My abs are on fire!🔥 Oh my gosh! Total ab (and arm!) burner!😅 Pretty much a 15 min plank!👏🏻💪🏻Definitely will be doing again and again in the future. You read my mind Caroline! I was wanting to do some core work for the active rest day along with my elliptical👍🏻! Thanks again for always bringing the best!

I could do this workout, got very strong, did some fasting and lost 5k, then got out of shape again and now I'm struggling to complete the planks, but will get back in shape in no time. I'm also trying some rope jumping. Thanks Caroline!

Came here after day 3 of epic 1, what a great addition to it! And to any workout, really. It's with planks that i notice my core more engaged, it's my fave way of strengthening it! Just finished. Perfect active/rest day. Always enjoy a challenging AB workout and she always comes through for all of us. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again thank you Caroline for the 5 minute plank challenge we did a few months back I would have never made it through this AB workout. 💗💗💗🌷🍀

Ah this is like the early days of the Plank Challenge, nice pace really smooth transitions but a real burner. I find these type of ABs sessions so relaxing yet challenging. Completed the LISS earlier which I love. Thanks Caroline two sessions today and looking forward fullbody friday tomorrow. 🤩

Me: today is active rest day. I'll focus on 10.000 steps today Then I get notification that there's a new video uploaded. 'Awww, planks! Love it 💗 let's add that too😁 Caroline, you definitely know how to challenge us! 💝 This short routine left me super energized for even more steps today!

Great variations of Planks. I remember when I started your channel you were doing plank challenges at the end and I would fall. With practice I nailed. I did good but some I need practice. Thank you for making me push myself. Loving my journey 🥰

It's a really cool moment to nail the moves that I barely could try to do a couple of months ago, and makes me real proud of my progress. Strengthening the core made me love plank positions too which I used to hate back then, so I really enjoyed this workout! Epic as always Caroline, can't wait for tomorrow!

This was perfect for our active rest day today!! Although the plank moves after a heavy back day was just plain brutal! 😈 We loved this! Great combo of plank moves! 💕💪🏻

I haven't done this one in a long time and I do not know why😆! It is still so amazing! I have definitely gotten so much stronger since the last I've I did this one. My core was able to manage much better as well as my shoulders..tho my shoulder were still on total fire by the end! Haha! I'll be doing this one more frequently..always so nice to do a lot of plank work.

Woww I did this workout yesterday and today my core and arms are sooo sore! It's been a long time since I felt so sore because the gyms are closed here... This workout is only 15 minutes but sooo effective!! I will do this workout a few more times so that I can improve my posture and get through the workout without resting sometimes during the exercises! Thank you for all the amazing work you do Caroline, due to your workouts I am highly motivated to get working out back in my routine and to improve my strength! :) Thank you and keep up the amazing work you do!!

Yesss, loved it !! I was sick and I had to skip a few sessions (did some leg exercises though) and now recovering and it was so good to start with this sequence , to get my body back on track again!!

This is the first time I've done it. I was happy to see superman after a long while. After the Fuel workout and this, I had sweat running down my chin. I'd also tried to do it with as few extra breaks as possible. Thank you, Caroline!
