Wow!! I didn't know I needed a neck friendly core pilates until I practiced this session. It was truly calming and enjoyed waking up my core.

I am recovering from a major operation, however my once toned tummy is no more so I wanted to do some core exercises taking care nit to cause me any unnecessary pain/ discomfort as still recovering. I have chemotherapy treatment which drains me so here's hoping I manage this programme.You have a very soothing calm voice. .bless you

Hey there! Pregnancy & Core work is very individualised and I wouldn't be able to say this specific workout is generally the best option for prenatal - I would recommend speaking with a medical professional to rule out any contraindications before undertaking any new exercise during pregnancy. Girl!!! I was a pilates enthusiast before my car accident and have not been able to do it since, I have come across other videos that say neck friendly but this is the only one I find that goes along with what I need and at my level. Thank you🥹🥹🫶🏽
