Hi Cathy - I'm 69 and have a regular yoga routine. It only becomes deeper and better. The crying is the letting go of what no longer serves you. Congratulations on your coming home to yourself. Also, Kassandras' practices are top notch.

Cathy, I hear ya! Been through some stuff for many years. Between the yoga I am learning and the workouts I am doing, I have not felt this much like me in well never. Its like Ive finally bloomed!

I am noticing that evening yoga is ... I don’t want to say painful but I’m definitely aware that my body is not used to moving like this at night. So It’s probably exactly what my body needs . It is humbling to go from finding ease & strength in my morning practice to soreness and stiffness in the evening challenge. I am confident that making this part of my routine for the long term I will feel more positive benefits with time & patience . Once again thank you for this challenge. It’s have driven me to make this a regular part of my evening routine.

Wow I’m the complete opposite! I’m so much more flexible at night vs in the morning feeling so tight and stiff! Interesting how bodies differ :)

@@BRhymesss also depends pn how much you've moved about during the day prior to doing a yoga session. I find that the days w(h?)ere I haven't taken long walks outside as I'm used to, I'm much stiffer during the yoga evening.

Halfway through! 🤩 I feel very proud of what I've achieved and I look forward to the second half of our 30 days evening challenge. 🥰 What effect am I noticing? That's amazing! My body is requesting the daily session! 😅 I feel my muscles contracted and uncomfortable and my yoga mat is calling me. 😍 It's a time for myself. I'm very grateful for those moments. At the end of the session , I feel relaxed and happy and grounded. 🙏 And I sleep so well.❤ Thank you Kassandra.

I started yoga in the mornings 6 weeks ago (Kassandra’s 10-minute yoga stretches) and I can feel a difference in strength and flexibility. The hip opener stretch tonight (might have been full shoelace) made me cry. I hadn't even realized I needed to. My hips were very tight and the pain I was holding there apparently needed to be released. This challenge makes me feel physically (and mentally before bed) amazing & I also feel stronger and more powerful. Thank you Kassandra you are very special

I feel so relaxed when I follow the mellow sound of your voice. Can I also just say that I like the backdrop with the lights? that's very nice. Thank you for taking extended time on each pose, for our evening relaxing, it's very helpful to ease into the poses that are new to me. (shoe strings = new) #goodevening

#GoodEvening 15 days of nightly yoga. I felt a bit emotional when doing the complete shoelace. Instead of lacing my arms, I wrapped it around myself reaching for my shoulder blades. It felt like such a tight, warm and loving hug that my body was giving me. It was the best feeling I could give myself. Thank you Kassandra for giving me this.

I've been doing them chronologically but also as random play since March this year and my flexibility has well improved, I get better sleep at night and feel ready for my day as working mom of 2. So. I heard your affirmation and the questions around our power centres, and it changed everything for me in some really hard moments. I repeated it for days, and then forgot the exact wording, and needed to search for it -- found it!!! I'm proud of my self that I make it this far. Proud of my yogi mates here too. I'm actually doing this challenges at 4am in the morning, for the past two days. It's currently ramadan from where I'm now so I'm awake all through the night and sleep by daytime. I'm exhausted and really needed my body to relax before I hit the bed. It really helps me to sleep better. #GoodEvening

Your bedtime yoga series is a classic. I keep doing it over and over. This time around instead of trying to remember what day I’m on I just do the same class as the day of the month, so today, Oct 15, I did class 15. Some days I miss a day, but I’m ok with that. I am finding that I can go to sleep with less mind racing and tossing and turning. I started last year with the morning challenge. Since then along with running and weight lifting, I am incorporating yoga and meditation into each day. It has changed my approach to the world #good evening

I have been doing yoga for 20 years, and haven’t practiced at night in 18.5 years so this is a delightful return to an early love. As I did the final chant I imagined others like me, on their mats in their rooms with their phones or computers or TVs - all of us together - feeling nice. Even if we watch at different times, what a fabulous vibration worldwide! Thank you for that. Also, I really appreciate there aren't commercials in the middle. You could make more money that way but it's great to be undisturbed!
