This is definitely one of the best workouts I felt so much burn 🔥 I’m going to do this for two weeks and update you all Day 1✅ only once done felt a little bit tired after ,I’m going to try to do it twice tomorrow day 2 ✅did it twice felt a little bit off pain in my legs day 3 ✅I'm on a diet so I see some change faster especially by the waist area my dumbass keeps fogetting to update so day 4 day 5 day 6 ✅ i have lost 2 kilo this workout and the 20 min hit full body workout are really effective Day 7✅ definitely seeing some change my stomach is much flatter forgot to update you all but after that i have done this workout for two weeks i have lost some weight my start weight was 57 im currently 53 im happy about the results

@@Jxsmxnnkx yes I had a simple diet two meals en snack like fruit breakfast should be around 200 calories and dinner 500 calories I also had a lot of green tea and black coffee it increase your metabolism rate one important thing you should burn more than you eat

@@tahirahussain1271 I did various workouts but I split it each day and did one or two videos for this specific part of the body everyday so for example on Mondays I did core and abs, on Tuesday’s I did legs, Wednesday I did upper body, and in between I would do her full body cardio and walk for at least 30 minutes but took weekends off to let my body rest. Along with that you need to make sure you have a nice healthy diet that works for your body!! Good luck with your journey!!♥️♥️♥️

I'll give it a try tomorrow, I love to alternate your different workout so far in 1 week I've alternate work 1 and 2 on different days and in 1 week i ve lost almost 4 Kl :D so thank you for doing this exercices it help me and so far I didn t gave up, that is a small victory for me

Okay so I’m going to do the challenge starting today, but it might be harder to complete because this week is a busy week, but I’ll still try! Dieting wise water will be key, no fizzy drinks, the only other option will be tea because I’m British lol. I’ll try to avoid unhealthy food, limit my portions. Anyone who’s trying this, fighting 💜 Day 1: ✨ complete, it’s a very hot day too! But great workout! Sweating is something to be prepared for! Food wise - I’m eating chicken and vegetables and for breakfast I had a banana and a cup of tea. Day 2: ✨ complete! Omg..it was so intense! I am sweating! I had three bottles of water today, banana for breakfast and a jacket potato for diner (with cheese and beans oops) but it was a smaller size so 🙂 Day 3: ✨ complete! Make sure to have water when doing these exercises 😂 Day 4: ✨ complete! It was a lot nicer today Day 5: ✨ complete! Starting to see some changes 😁 Day 6: ✨ complete! Burn, burn, burn Day 7: ✨ complete! And my waist is slimming down 🙌

This is my favorite hiit cardio workout, I usually do it while listening to Russian roulette by red velvet, I can't stop me by twice, peekaboo red velvet, that that bts suga and psy, love dive ive or yes or yes by twice (lol I told my whole workout Playlist) for me it's really fun to do and also works really well, since a hiit workout can boost your metabolism for the entire day (or at least 12 hrs) I do this once a day with other targetive workouts, in case if you wanna know you can also boost metabolism by drinking caffeinated drinks like green tea/coffee without cream or sugar (I do this everyday lol). This workout is for loosing fat all over the body so it also makes the targetive workouts work well also while losing weight. 😊🥰❤️

It is okay to do this 15 min workout as a routine with a good nutritious food for your goal weight. For better results, I recommend you do it with my abs& core workouts together :)
