My goal is to do this for 4 weeks. Day 1: Done! Im sweating!!! Day 2: Done! Feeling good. Day 3: Done! Seeing some changes!!?? Day 4: Done! Day 5: Almost a week done!!! Day 6: Done! Day 7: A week done!!! Update: I look less bloated and i can see difference all over my body!!! Day 8: Done! Day 9: Done! Skipped the last 3 minutes. Day 10: Done! Day 11: Done! Day 12: Done! Day 13: Skipped today. Had a 30min walk instead. Day 14: Doneeee!! Two weeks done!! I have lost about 2kg since starting this workout. I am so happy with the results so far!!!! Day 15: Done! Day 16: I only did half of the workout today. Day 17: Didnt have time today, but i cycled 15km Day 18: Done Day 19: Doneee Day 20: Rest day Day 21: Done! THREE WEEKS!!!! One week left, but i will definitely continue this for another month. Seeing amazing progress! Day 22: Done Day 23: Done Day 24: Four days to go!! Done Day 25: Done Day 26: Done Day 27: Done Day 28: Not done FOUR WEEKS!!!!! This workout has work super well for me and i can see progress all over my body. I have also lost 2-3kg while doing this. I definitely will continue doing this!!!! Day 29: Done Day 30: Done Day 31: Done Day 32: Done Day 33: Done Day 34: Done Day 35: Not done 5 weeks!!! Im kinda losing motivation so i will start a new cardio from her!! I have lost 3kg by doing this (no diet) so i recommend this so much!!!!!!!!!

Doing this workout for 12 days~ Current weight: 52 kg Goal weight: 48 kg Everyone's giving up but I WON'T!!! Day-1: sweating a lot! Eventhou it's winter and freezing outside I am still sweating a lot! Current weight 52.25 kg~🍓 Day-2: My current weight is 51.9 kg~ my whole body was hurting today. I am still sweating guys!!!!🍓 Day-3: Did it 2 times in one go because I was feeling very energetic and it's much easier than before! My body doesn't hurt anymore. My current weight is 51.5 kg~I am sweating like hell!!! 🍓 Day-4: SWEATINNGGGG!! I did it 1x today. My current weight is 51.25 kg~ 🍓 I am losing motivation guys~ Day-5: (I skipped day 5 because I was having mood swings.) so let's count day 6's workout as day 5- my friend said I look thin~ so basically my face got more slim and my tummy got more toned. 🍓 Day-6: Sweating guys~✨ I'll check my weight tomorrow morning and update you guys. 🍓 My weight is 50 kg~ Day-7: Did it once today pairing up with some aerobic exercise and I swear I have never sweat this much after any exercises. 🍓 Day-8: 49.7 kg~🍓 did it once today. Day-9: 49.5 kg~🍓 Day-10: Did it twice today hehe~🍓 Day-11: Did it thrice today~ gonna check my weight tmrw!!!🥹🍓 Day-12: Today's my finalllll dayyy!! And my weight is 48.7 kg~ It workssss guyssss!!! It doesss I paired it up with an aerobic exercise with some fasting and it does workkk!!!!!😭 Please be consistent guys~🍓

GUYS THIS WORKOUT WORKS, IT MAKES YOU LOOSE WEIGHT AND BURNS TONS OF CALORIES!! I BURN AT LEAST 200 CALORIES EVERY TIME I DO THIS WORKOUT AND ITS NOT A DIFFICULT WORKOUT EITHER. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 💗

@@kirstenhannahyabutthis workout helped target my entire body and helped me slimmed down a little, I didn’t do it for long and I went on a strict diet so results might be different. Most workouts I followed were from Afit (her workouts are amazing for weight loss) and I did more of Shirlen Kim’s standing HIIT or cardio workouts

Current weight: 53 kg Goal: 49 kg Day 1/ Thursday ✅️ I am sweatinggg. These exercises are so good, they're gonna strengthen my legs a lot. Day 2/Friday ✅️ My calves are DEAD, they hurt so much. Today it felt a bit more difficult than yesterday. Day 3/Saturday ✅️ i did it twice! My legs hurt only very little and they have started getting slimmer. Day 4/Sunday ✅️ Day 5/Monday ✅️ I was so busy, but I did it! Day 6/Tuesday ✅️ Wednesday ❌️ didn't have wifi😭 Day 7/Thursday ✅️ Day 8/Friday ✅️ + 40 Min. Running Day 9/Saturday ✅️ Day 10/Sunday ✅️ Monday ❌️ very busy Tuesday ❌️ was on a trip Day 11/Wednesday ✅️ Day 12/Thursday ✅️ + 30 min Treadmill

Hi Everyone ! I am 24 yrs old a mom of 2, both c-sections, I’m currently doing this workout for maybe about a month and already I have lost 12 lbs ! I’m not on a strict diet, but I am doing a calorie deficit! Apart from this workout video I do the flat belly pilates, you end up draining in sweat but it’s all worth it, it’s like when you start losing weight you just feel proud of yourself and just want to keep doing it!!! It’s hard at the begging, but if you push yourself, you’ll get there !! THANK YOU SHIRLYN FOR THESE VIDEOS!! ❤️

Day 1: ☑️ Day 2: ☑️ Day 3: ☑️ Day 4: ☑️ Day 5: ☑️ Day 6: ☑️ Day 7: ☑️ Yay 1 week!! - I find that completing this within the hour I first wake up works best for me! After washing my face and then stretching for 15 minutes, I do this then drink some warm honey water and have a meal. I saw a lot of articles online say that it’s better to eat after exercise. Although it’s tempting to completely lessen what you eat, proper meals are essential! I really lessened what I ate at first, felt so drained! I started eating proper meals and that’s when it got better, I felt energized throughout the day even after this exercise and doing other tasks! Meals help in restoring muscles as well :) so it’s perfect after exercising! Day 8: ☑️ - did it twice today! Day 9: ☑️ - did 1 1/3 today Day 10: ☑️ Day 11: ☑️ Day 12: ☑️ - only did a little over half cause I ate smaller meals today :p Day 13: ☑️ Day 14: ☑️ Definitely effective! In just 2 weeks my waist got smaller by an inch. I started gaining weight and always felt bloated (why I exercise now) but ever since I've started, I no longer do! I've even been able to eat 3 meals a day (mostly with rice might I add) without feeling guilty :) I drink tea/honey water in the mornings and walk about 30 minutes or more on weekdays. A plus is this helped me have better coordination and have more control over my body's movements!! Improved posture as well (besides stretching i do)👍 no access to a weighing scale rn, will update soon Day 15: ❌ - gonna be out the whole day Day 16:☑️ Day 17: ❌ Day 18: ❌ - Just did some walking today :) Day 19: ☑️ Day 20: ☑️ Day 21: ☑️ 3 weeks! (Kinda :p) It’s going great :) honestly, I’d suggest starting slow though, like just 3x the first week then just add days during the following weeks. I no longer have a trouble keeping up with the pace; used to be out of breath in less than 5 minutes but I can finish this routine w/o feeling as tired. To anyone else losing motivation, keep up the good work! Almost there! Remember to eat a good meal and not overdo it💙 Day 22: ☑️ Day 23: ❌ Day 24: ☑️ Day 25: ☑️ - wanted to stop at 12 min but it was just an extra 3 😭 finished it! Day 26: ❌ - exams Day 27: ☑️ Day 28: ☑️ Day 29: ☑️ - the knee to elbow toe touches always get me! 😭 Day 30: ☑️ Yay! One month done :) I lost about 4kg, I’d recommend only doing 3-4 times a week though (as written in video’s description) other than that - this exercise works well! I don’t plan on doing this one anymore tho, probably gonna start doing another one of her videos for maintenance instead. Goodluck to anyone else doing this, you got this! Fighting! Edit: Also if you’re dead set to lose weight quicker, lessen the sugar! I tried cutting it out entirely since I LOVE sweets with all that I am but I’d end up breaking at one point and over-eating 🥹 find the right balance and slowly take it out of your daily. I’m still working on my self-control and I feel good in a way that I know I’m doing what’s good for my body c:

Hi, I did this workout for a month and continue now I started with a weight of 50 kg, height 155 cm, currently weight 49, same height I eat 1400 calories daily, I don’t exclude sweets, but I don’t eat a lot of sweets and fatty foods I also replace some jumps with jumping rope because it tires me out less. My advice to you: breathe through your nose, control your breathing during exercise. Don't jump if your weight is high, better find cardio with steps Also be careful, you might twist your ankle. And don’t expect quick results, the main thing is consistency, results will definitely come if you have discipline!

Everyone else is tracking progress here so I guess i will too? Goal is 3 Weeks (for now) Day 1 - Done! Sweating but feel motivated Day 2 - Done! Only made it because of the two likes reminding me lol. Little leg pain and ofc no results yet lol. Day 3 - Done! Wouldn't know if there were results bc i'm not really checking until a week lol. Legs were SO sore though even after five minutes. Felt easier though? Day 4 - Not done(mb yall). I had piano class and didn't make time for it, i'm not done with the workout yet lol Day 5 - Not done(mb again). My parents were hosting a party and i had absolutely zero time to myself, still not done i swear:)) Day 6 - Done! Trying to get back on track. Forgot to mention before, but after day 3 i noticed i lost 3 pounds! I have ben doing two workouts including this one though, so it's not just this that got those results lol. Day 7 - Done! Not much to report here but have to keep yall updated haha I LIED. sharp belly pains but besides that all good

Omg shirlyn omg where do i start from this workout works guys i do it 3 times a week with a healthy diet( calorie deficit) and other workout and it works i was 83kg September and now am down to 63kg currently and am still going my goal is 50 so guys remember no matter what happens dont give up, motivate yourself ik its not easy and its really hard and dont expect to see a change in a day thats not possible keep going 🎉 and thank you shirlyn kimm❤

@precious09111 tyysmm and yess I did other workouts like the small waist workout from shirlyn kim and pilates from lily sabri and also I ran 3 miles close to the park beside my house but that's during weekends in the morning and in the evening I just go for a walk and it helps I also do stretches which also help too I go to the gym and run on the thread mill and carry a little weight but you don't have to and for calorie deficit it's eating less calories but good food with nutrition more protein and less carb and remember starving yourself would not help at all because ur not gaining nutrition and you are gonna gain more you might lose a little weight but after you will gain more so it doesn't help for me I eat at least 400-500 calories a day plus I cut sugar and processed food that doesn't mean you can't have a cheat day and remember you also need 7-8 hrs sleep and eat healthy and don't expect to see a change in a day that will make you give up just keep going trust me if you do all this you will see result in 2-3 weeks good luck k if you have any other questions pls feel free to ask

Doing this workout everyday ( I have done this workout once but now I’m restarting from fresh💖extra determined) Current weight: 52.7kg Dream weight: 40kg Day 1: Done 5 times! Day 1:guys it’s the morning( I haven’t done the workout yet) and I lost 0.6 kilograms 😻 by doing it 5 times! Day 2: 3 times! Day 3: skip Day 4:skip ( I ate so badly today gonna check weight tmmrw on empty stomach) Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Hi people it’s been about 3 weeks since last update, I have stopped exercising cause of ✨mental health and having an unhealthy relationship with food (I lost my period, so please don’t do anything stupid like what I did ✨)and gained all the weight back. So I have decided to conclude everything! This workout is really effective! I lost weight quite quickly but remember that everyone’s body is different ❤I did gained it all back after 3 weeks without doing it so I think workouts like this are amazing for an upcoming special event but not for the long term! I’ve started improving my lifestyle daily and I’m now 51.4kg, I’ve decided to take it slow since I’m aiming to keep it off. 💜stay safe and healthy everyone ! hi!! so I am 16yo and I have been in a calorie deficit for two years (+my own sports) recently (meaning in the recent four months) I haven't been as active and my diet has been consistent which means that I gained a bit of weight, and because I am a student I don't really have time to go to the gym at the moment- so finding this video is a miracle because it is so motivating, this amazing lady has such amazing attitude towards these videos and it keeps me encouraged to carry on- her little dance and smiles are just so kind and as a teenager who is trying to stay healthy and fit this is definitely a video I will be using regularly, and hopefully i will update my progress- two years ago I started with 73kg I was 14yo so that was really unhealthy for me, and now I am 16yo with a weight of around 65-66kg I am aiming to lose hopefully 5kg in 1 or 2 months :)

My goal is to do this for a month. Cw: 46.9 kg Gw: 43 kg (atleast) Day 1: done! I’m literally sweating buckets- Day 2: done! Already starting to get used to it. Day 3: done! Practiced dancing (O.O and Dalla dalla introduction) then did this workout and omg I feel like fainting- (in a good way) Day 4: not done! I had to go see my newborn cousin lol. Day 5: done! My arms are getting leaner and my collarbones are starting to show! Still no results for my thighs,stomach and waist. Day 6: done! Also my knees aren’t touching anymore. Day 7: not done! I went to the beach so I didn’t have time. Day 8: not done! I didn’t have time due to house chores and going out at night. Day 9: done! Only did like half of it tho.

Since everyone is doing it, ill try to track for almost 2 weeks. Day 1: Done, i hurt my leg and everything hurts 😭 Day 2: Donee, My leg still hurts and it was hard to complete the workout but i did it‼️ Day 3: Done, Compared to yesterday, it was actually better. I still have pain but its not as bad as it was. Day 4: Done, I feel like im getting better at it. i have a bit more stamina and don’t get as tired after completing the workout. Day 5: DONE, i feel like i see a difference. today i felt a bit more bad about myself so i did some extra exercise. Day 6: Doneee, It went by pretty quick and i didn’t mess up a lot. Day 7: 1 WEEK DONE‼️‼️‼️ i almost didn’t workout today but we thugged it out. Day 8: Done, it’s honestly not that bad anymore. Ive improved and was consistent with the workout. Day 9: Done, im kinda tired today 😭😭😭 Day 10: DOUBLE DIGITS DONE😋 ain’t even gon lie i almost didn’t complete it today. I barely slept but we grinding. Day 11: Done, i procrastinated completing today since i was tired from walking 😭 Day 12: Couldn’t do it, there was family and slept over and i didn’t want to make much noise. Day 13: Done, i think this’ll be my last workout since i leave for vacation. But for now, this exercise is pretty good, i do see some improvement in my stamina and i look a bit leaner, considering a barely changed my diet; I recommend. Also i plan on continuing this workout till school starts so this isn’t the end. I still want to see a grand change on my body‼️

Doing this workout for hopefully 2-3 weeks. Day 1- Sweating but feeling good.(I also ran a mile, did arms, legs, and core) Day 2- Done:) (Also doing arms and core) Day 3- Didnt do it because I fell asleep but did other workouts Day 4- Didnt sweat as much and went by faster. Day 5: Done. I stopped doing it for about a week because I went to some camps. Day 6: Done. Day 7: My hip was really hurting so I didnt do this. I also felt very unmotivated because I have gained weight.

I was like "Oh that's easy" for 8 minutes and then it hit me 😩 I sweat a bit, not too much and that's for me good and quick! And I also like that the movments aren't compilcated and it does repeat so you can focus on working and not looking at the screen to see if you're doing it right ❤

My goal was doing this for 30 days. Im not changing my diet much but am going to try to eat out less. I want this to help others as much as it will help me. My starting weight is 63 kg. You dont actually really need to change your diet. You can still loose body fat while eating the same stuff but in moderation

My goal is to do this for 8 weeks! I also do the Daisy Keech hourglass workout. My weight:58kg My goal weight:50kg WEEK 1 Day 1/Monday✅ I did it and i feel so good. I sweted alot. Today i ate 1500 but the weather was so bad that i didn't get to go for any walks and i only walked 4k steps. Day 2/Tuesday✅I did it again. I'm on my period btw... Today was kinda harder bc my family kept interrupting me so I started the workout all over again. I ate little under 1500cals and i walked about 13k steps!! Day 3/Wednesday✅I love this workout sm!!! I walked 10k steps btw and i ate a little under 1500cals i think. Day 4/Thursday✅Doneee!! Also tysm for the few likes! I walked 10k steps and i ate about 1500 i guess. I look slimmer already. And if anyone thinks how much i drink, i drink about 2-3l water a day. Day 5/Friday🚫I was sick so i took a rest day. Day 6/Saturday✅Done and it was easier cuz i was resting yesterday. I still have motivation so guys don't be scared that i'll quit. I walked 10k steps and i ate 1500 cals! Day 7/Sunday✅I ate 1500 cals. Walked over 10k steps and i was less motivated today but so what. leaving my progress here😆😆 I'm currently 58kg, and my goal is at least 53kg (or even less than that) Day 1 - I did it!😸So much sweat (that's a good sign I think??) Day 2 - ❌ Unfortunately i have a class and to busy after the class😭😭 Day 3 - I did it! It's still to early to say i see change, but it's not instant Day 4 - ❌Skip, i'm going out with my friend hehe. Day 5 - Did it! I start to feel like my body is lighter Day 6 - Did it again!! i start to see change i think? i dont know if its only my feeling or something actually change alittle Day 7 - ❌hehe Day 8 - I came back and did it!😁 I forgot to do an update, sorry😭😭😭😭 Wish me luck guys! And thank you Shirlyn for making this vid😄❤

January 1 even tho i didn’t do the workouts I was still watching my weight so in a matter of 2 weeks I’ve lost 4 pounds so I’m currently at 80kg Day 1: ✅( done) won’t be doing every day I’ll be switching workouts 😔😊

Doing this for a month! Please remind me if you see this! I wanna lose weight before my birthday! (March) Current Weight: 59 kg Goal: 55 kg (or less, if possible) Day 1: ✅️ (I thought this was gonna be easy, but in this end, I was sweating so bad and I was out of breath, LMFAO) Day 2: ✅️ (MY LEGS ARE SO SOREE 😭) Day 3: ✅️ (It's kinda easy now) Day 4: ✅️ (I'M OUT OF BREATH, HELP) Day 5: ✅️ (Okay. I take it back, it's not easy. I'M LITERALLY DYING AND MY FACE IS SO RED. 😭😭🙏) Day 6: ✅️ (I almost passed out doing this!! I had to take breaks after the jumping parts. 😔) Day 7: ✅️ (I can't believe I actually lasted a week!) Day 8: ✅️ (I went down from 57.85 kg) Day 9: ✅️ (getting easier)

сейчас: 48.6кг не уверена, что смогу заниматься каждый день, но я попробую! 1 день:✅️ первая половина далась очень легко, на к концу тренировки силы начали меня покидать 2 день:❌️ вместо тренировки занималась на беговой дорожке, почти не чувствую тела.. 3 день: ✅️ 4 день: ✅️ очень нравится это кардио, уже занимаюсь им не через силу, а с радостью!! чувствую прилив сил после занятия😸 5 день: ❌️ 6 день: ❌️ занималась на дорожке 7 день: ✅️ 8 день: ✅️ 9 день:❌️ 10 день: ✅️

So I don’t know if this is really works and so as everyone else is tracking their progress here I will do the same lol. I really hope I continue, because normally I give up really easily, I’ll try to update regular. Start weight: 61kg Goal Weight: 58kg Pleas like to remind me! Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Was so sweaty 😭 Day 3: ✅ Was not really motivated, but while doing it I got motivated Day 4: ✅ Motivation really is the key! Today I was motivated and so I carried the exercises way more energetic out and I also didn’t look at the time, so the exercises seemed to pass faster. I also sweat a little less I think Day 5: ❌ didn’t do the work out, bc i was too unmotivated, hopefully it’ll be better tomorrow, but did a back workout and went swimming Day 6: ✅ did it, though i was feeling very down. Had a lot of energy while doing it, but so sweaty 😭 Day 7: ✅ had so much energy while doing it! Day 8: ❌ didn’t have enough time and got an headache hope I’ll be better tomorrow :( Day 9: ✅ did it! Had so much energy! I really can see how much more endurance i already have! Day 10: ❌ somehow couldn’t find the time to do it Day 11: ✅ I’ve lost 1kg! (60kg now) I look way fitter already and have stronger muscles! I also already know the lyrics of the songs lol Day 12: ✅ but had to skip the last 4min Day 13: ✅ I was actually motivated, but while doing it ipI had absolutely no energy, so it was very hard, but i did it! Skipped the twist jumps though Day 14: ❌ slept in, so didn’t had the time Day 15: ❌ :[ Day 16: ✅

Like to remind me!! Weight 51 kg 5 foot 4 Age 13 Goal: 48 kg 1st day. Okay a bit sweaty. 2d day. Nice good workput sweaty 3d day OH MY gosh i almost quickmy peiod hurt so much 4th day:did it twice, burns but easy 5th day can't belive I did it this long. Tired almost didn't do it but I did! 6th day:almost a week, tired period hurt bad. Did it well easier no more pain 7th day: a week done! Skipped some excises but I still finished! Less bloating and easier! 8th day: got told I looked chubbier GREAT GUYS KEEP A DIET! DO NOT EAT SUGAR. did it twice today 9th day: didnt do 10th day : done 11day: someone comments which made me soo happy if you guys need any advice ask me!. Also done! I've realized that doing it without music and just listening to your thoughts makes it pass fqster 12 day: done ugh was so lazy but I did it!! 13 day: crazy almost two weeks passed, done. 14 day: done skipped some 15 day: not done 16 day :done 17 day: done half 18 day: done 19 day: done 20 day: not done 21 day: doneee Day 22: not done Day 23: I'm sick 😢but I still finished
