Okay ,so I am going to workout for 2 weeks . My weight is 62.9 Desired weight is 45kg ( to become so I atleast need 2 months though) I wanna check how much weight I can lose through this HIIT workout. I ma going to do this everyday after my afternoon meal. And in morning I do her K- pop idol workout and night I walk for 20mins.I am going to report after 1 week . 2 months isn’t realistic for almost 20 kilo loss. you’d roughly need 5 months if done consistently. 1kg per week is healthy and doable. I wouldn’t go for more since it would be hard to keep up even if you added a diet on top of it.

I have been doing this workout together with four other workouts ( slim waist, upper body, leg, and stubborn belly fat), with also being on a 1500 calorie diet. Before I added this to my workout list, it took me days to loose only one pound but the two days I have been doing this I have lost two pounds already. Definitely works and I recommend!

I will also eat almost no sugar and i will eat less calories then i eat normally. I do a few other workouts. (sorry my english isnt the best) Starting on -> 3-11-2024 Start weight -> 56.2 kg my goal weight is around 45 kg but I am also happy if I get 50 kg or around there height -> 167.5 cm day 1: ❤ I finished it! it was very nice to do and i liked the workout. when i finished i was breathing more then i expected but i loved it.` Day 2:❤ I have done it again. I have so much fun while doing this and i keep finding new motivation to do it. I was breathing a little bit less then yesterday and i will go tomorrow again Day 3:❤ Done it!

As a teenager i am gaining a little bit of weight and everyone in the school teases me by saying fatty so i am gonna try ur work out and prove them that nothing is impossible . So i am following ur 2 week plan workout and i qill keep u all updating daily and my current weight is 54 and my target is to reach 45 . Let's gooo 🎉 Pls keep me reminding if i forget to update Day : 1 ✅ it was a little bit difficult for me to complete but i did finally and i am felling refreshed and energetic but also too much tired and my thighs are having a little bit of pain. Day2:it was normal and i didn't felt any change at all as it is the second day only but yeah I am felling more better and refreshed after doing it Day3:it was very easy to do and I did it without much effort Day 4:I just feels a little bit burnt in my things and stomach also and this feels so amazing Day 5:a little bit change in my thigh it is just a bit not much as I measured it today Day6:I can see a little bit change in my stomach also and I don't feel more exhausted as I used to feel earlier Day7:I lost 1 inch from my stomach fat Day 8 : no change Day 9:no change at all Day 10 : I measured my weight today and I lost 1 kg Day 11: am keeping the exercise still going on but not any other change now Day 12:my belly fat is reducing much and I fat I had which used to cause a little bump type it just burned so well Day 13: I lost 2 kg till now as i also used to go cycling and play a lot outside and I didn't ate much food outside as I ate only healthy food made at hone Day 14:I am really so happy that I lost my 2.5 kg weight now Ok guys I will surely suggest u to try it out and it is very effective and I I not gonna update now as I am not much tired of doing it but I am gonna keep this exercises going on till I reach my target

doing this for 2 weeks!! starting: 51,3 kg goal: 45 kg Day 1: ☑️ wasn't very hard but I felt kinda sore and dizzy. Im feeling so proud of myself. Once i was tryong to lose weiggt but negative thoughts came over me and i stopped after a day. Now i find exercising very fun and started actually losing some calories. By tge fun i get i do more videos of exercise, now my exercise daily is one hour but i split it into three groups - morning, lunch and dinner I also do some extrad if my body allows me to do, not going to sleep today if im not totally exhausted!

I’ll do this for 1-2 weeks (I’ve done this for 4 days now so I’ll update the last days) I also run,walk and dance daily with a keto diet Goal: 48kg Currently: 53.8kg Day 1: ✅ not as tough as I thought probably cause I dance so this was not to bad Day 2: ✅ my legs were starting to burn but it was ok Day 3: ✅ I went to run for and walk for a total of 30 minutes so it was very tiring Day 4 (51.66 kg): ✅ veryy burning also did a 30 min dance practice
