DAY 7! Today is a rest day for me 😴so thought I would share a quick and simple stretch routine that you guys can follow along with and incorporate into your daily routines :) Stretching is SO important!!! Especially if we are working out a lot. It is very important we give our bodies some love and help them recover! This is great to use as a quick cool down, before bed, or even as a morning stretch routine to wake your body up! Let me know if you guys enjoyed this one!

My daughter turned me on to Madfit almost a year ago after she stole my wiifit area in the basement moving home from college. This is so much better! Hundreds of routines (this is my favorite), and you literally can do them anywhere, anytime. I'm a 59 year old guy that was starting to get winded putting my shoes on. But now Fitbit pushes me to get 10,000 steps in everyday - and Madfit helps keep me walking upright! And I love the length of these routines - as busy as life is you can squeeze 15 mins in somewhere during the day. Thank you Maddie.

I did this stretch after my work out today. It was so good I started crying! I could feel it really benefitting my body, but then half way through some emotions got unblocked it seems and I started balling my eyes out! I felt so relieved afterwards. Thank you so much for all the great work outs you share on your channel. I always look forward to doing your work outs when the kids are at school. Couldn't thank you enough, you are amazing!

Me! I can't do those at 6:40😐👍🏼 But all my muscles are flexible, accept for my hamstrings 😂😂 Like if I do 6:40 without leaning forward, but just keeping the legs like that and put my hands at something around knee hight I still feel my hamstrings, bit different, but like a really tight calve feeling that releases-feeling. Can't explain it very well, sorry!😂

this video has split stretches they are from 7:40 to 11:50 these are professional stretches they teach us in gymnastics. These are beginners...I did this for about a month and got my split......this was when I was I think 7 or 8 so it should work for you

I’ve started working out and stretching everyday during quarantine and I feel amazing I have never been so comfortable and free in my movement before I have never been able to OMG almost lift my leg next to my head and now I can thats CRAZY my dance teacher is gonna be proud when I return
I have been struggling with my flexibility and most "stretching" workouts end up being yoga workouts that require body and core strength. Your workout was the first I found that worked for me beautifully. I now do this stretch literally every day and I can feel it. My hip flexor and hamstrings are grateful to you. Thank you!

OH MY GOD at 13:11 my head bumped onto my knee and it took me asolid 5 seconds to realize what it meant!! IT'S NEVER TOUCHED THE KNEE. what is this sorcery!? This is by far the best stretch routine, I will incorporate it into my routine thank you so much!!!

Thank you. For some reason from 5:51 to 16:00 mins was the best feeling hip stretch progression I have ever felt in awhile. The progression somehow targeted all the muscles around the hip joints. It improved my running form tremendously. Did you feel this way afterwards as well?

I worked out my legs 2 days ago for the first time in a long time, and I felt extremely sore the next two days. I was stretching with what I could remember but it wasn't relieving the pain. After I did this for 15 min I feel so much better not just around my legs by throughout my whole body! This was great and I look forward to adding it to my daily routine. It wasn't hard at all, thank you!

I started following your channel on 21st April and ever since haven't stopped viewing your videos. All the dance workouts, which are my favorite! and the rest butt, thigh, abs, stretch workouts are awesome. I find your videos giving off energetic positive vibes in the intense workouts and really soothing calming atmosphere in the body stretch ones. I did this the fist time around a month ago... I hated it. I could barely reach past my knee when stretching and i was really frustrated T.T Each day I started doing some of these exercises, specially the ones focused on the hips and legs and well, it's been exactly one week since I started doing this full stretch routine and the 15 daily stretch routine and let me tell you, the first two days I felt like it was never going to end but these two past days i am impressed that I was able to finish it without suffering and just getting better and better at it. I am super happy with my results, I still got a loooong way to go but I absolutely made a lot of progress with these videos... I am starting to think that next week I could try the 30 min stretch routine as a challenge but i am so happy with this! It's all about small steps, y'all.

I think I have said this already but I will say it again, Maddie has some of the best stretches on KZbin. I loved the gentle, beautiful music in the background. I did this after an Upper Body workout, and an Abs/Core workout. So perfect for relaxing the mind and body, especially after exercising. Love what you are doing, MadFit/Maddie!

I am also a dancer and fitness instructor and I too love your stretching routines. I have been teaching some of the exact stretches for 30 years. During covid lock-down I have been so busy doing hard workouts that I have forgotten to stretch, which has had consequences. That is when I found you and I am so glad! I have added your video's to my routines for a complete workout. Just 3 things to suggest...cue breathing to help relax into the stretch, ...2, transitions from standing to floor and vice versa....3., descriptive words to help the intent of the stretch.... Thanks for all your video's!!

Wow I absolutely loved this stretch routine! Even though I’ve lost weight & gained muscle in the last year I’ve noticed I’m definitely not as flexible as I was in high school when I cheered and swam. This felt so good last night and I even felt sore this morning! Can’t wait to do this more and hopefully get more flexible

i lost a loooot of flexibility in the first several months of the pandemic thanks to sitting at home doing virtual learning + work. this helped open my eyes and remind me of the importance of just stretching! i used to be able to do all of these with ease; now i'm looking forward to redeveloping that ability and rediscovering the need to take more time for my personal wellbeing :)

Really enjoyed this. I worked out for 3 hours at the gym and was about to go to bed. But to help with stiffness I wanted to do some sort of stretch routine and I found this. I'm already subscribed to you. So when I saw it I was like umm.... CLICK. Loved it! Just wish some of the movements I could hold for longer because it felt SO good. But I wanted to keep up with you. So I just let go and kept moving. But as I learn the routine/movements. I'll definitely take my time.

I wanted to thank you for this - so much! There are a lot of beginner stretch videos out there but this one was the easiest to follow/actually get myself to do. I’m very out of shape and have fibromyalgia, so this served as a workout for me today. I’m sore, but in a good way. I already feel the relief in my hips after years of neglecting to stretch them. I’m going to challenge myself to do this every day - and hopefully someday very soon i’ll be able to do “actual” exercises. Thank you!

This feels lame to say but I just did one of your beginner ab workouts and then did this to cool down and I was almost in tears after. My self esteem is at its all time low and I need something to feel good about myself. I’m a mom of 2 busy toddlers so my focus is on them and my marriage but I often forget to focus on *me*. So thank you for creating these attainable videos I can do and not feel like I need to put a ton of pressure on myself to achieve some super crazy goal but to do it because it makes me feel good. ❤️
