Just a little update. I've been doing this everyday for about 3 weeks now and I have never been able to do a deep squat comfortably before and now I can do it easily. Tysm for this awesome video and all your other exercise videos. Love them all ❤

Thanks Holly I really felt the workout on the thighs muscles while I was in the frog position this is also classified as yoga as I've done this sort of workout on Yoga with Kassandra before. I've found this workout naturally relaxing Thankyou once again Holly.
