What a unique exercise routine! Almost all the moves were brand new. I had to observe you carefully as you, thankfully, demonstrated before each move. I had no sound other than your background music, but the closed captions helped as well. This didn't impede my performance if a bit tentative at first. Your endless arm movements employing pushing, literally, against air using your muscles, was once a difficult move to perform in the past, but no longer. I got it and benefited greatly. I loved Day 1. Today, since I am 72 years old and have never done this kind of exercise before, I find the pace of the warmups instruction, not execution, too fast. I can keep up easily once I understand the moves, but by the time I get all the moving parts going in the right direction, you have already moved on to the next exercise. Please consider taking just a few more seconds to slow down the initial instructions so I can practice without feeling like I am running a marathon. Once into the actual exercise your instructions are perfectly clear and easy for me to follow since I am very familiar with using free weights.

Not a senior, but 8 months pregnant, with joint and nerve issues. I noticed A LOT of pregnancy workouts require getting up and down off the floor, which I just can't do right now. So I've been trying to find a gentle standing workout. This was perfect for me! Thank you 🥰

First of all, congrats for exercising while pregnant, especially at 8 months! It's not easy to do, but definitely helps to feel better. Thanks for letting me know that these workouts are working for you. I have quite a few options now in the gentle and beginner levels that hopefully will work for you (will hopefully work well after you have the baby as you get back into exercising, too). Welcome to my channel, and I wish you all the joys a new baby brings!

Amazing stuff! All your vids are so well done and very helpful. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

Hi Molly, I haven't tried the custom meal plans. I focus on eating a healthy diet and drink a protein drink after doing weights daily:)

Hi Jules: Just finished this and loved it. Good for my arms even without weights. Yesterday I gave up because it was too slow for me even with doubling the speed. Hey, thanks to you, it looks like I am not a "real" beginner anymore. Practice helps improving our health. See you tomorrow for day 3. Oh yeah, perhaps remind us once in a while to pull our bellybutton in.

I felt that I had neglected the gentle workouts and wanted to make sure I provided them for the folks that need them. I know they'll be too easy for a lot of my followers. I can only manage a series a week, though. I'll have beginner and intermediate workouts out soon. I had planned to have an intermediate workout yesterday but I had computer issues. I'll have a new one out next Monday:)
