My first real workout since my postpartum journey and it's perfect! After my c section trying to get back into my routine is a bit of a Maze trying to figure out what works. This right here is extremely motivating to my day! Will do more I recommend to anyone that's hitting a stump! Let's make working out fun again🎉

Thanks so much! I try to do 30mins each morning: a walking workout one day & with weights the next day. Just recently I have started to do another 15 to 20 mins each afternoon. Thank you for all the variety you have available to choose from. My first standing exercise from seated. Didn’t quite make the full one but enjoyed what I did. Excellent starter. 52 with ms. These are brilliant for beginners to start moving again after a time stuck in capable. Thankyou.

I have been having some knee pain and couldn't exercise for about a week or so and this eased me back into the routine. Loved everything about this one--the moves, the length, the peppy music. @@lauraleas306 I tried an outdoor one recently when I was at a cottage but unfortunately the lighting didn't work out well. Clouds coming in and out made the video too dark at times. Outdoor videos have their challenges but at some point I'll try again.

My weekly exercise involves hard workouts on weekends (plus a walk with the dog) just a walk with the dog on Mondays easy workouts (plus a dog walk) on Tuesday / Wednesday Harder workouts on Thursday Fridays (plus the furry walking machine) Then back to the hard weekends. Your programs cover all my needs. Thank you (PS if you ever come to Australia my puppy would like to have a walk with you)

Congrats on losing 8 lbs since January! That's great progress! I keep meaning to share links when I can in the description under the video but I often forget, or the clothes are older so the links wouldn't be relevant anymore. I buy most of my workout clothes from Under Armour, but also from Lululemon, Adidas, or wherever I find good sales.😉
