I started jumproping officially in September of 2020. I was 302 pounds and haven't been 100% consistent this entire time, but I still live by the rope and will always use it as my cardio and the weighted ropes are just so much fun to use. Im currently using a 1 pound rope and the 1/2 pound for my daily work outs and as of today, June 28th 2021, I've gone from 302 -> 230 pounds. Between the rope and proper dieting, I can honestly say that I'm a lot happier with myself. Not satisfied yet, but I am very happy and I would likely have never picked up jumproping if not for you guys.

yeah this looks like a good finisher, will try it out tomorrow Edit: Did it this morning, but twice as a main workout. Was 30 degrees C and high humidity. After round one was thinking, oh, maybe I do it 3 times instead of twice. Half-way through round 2, "nope nope nope, just get through this and you can get your stretching done" Good workout - plyo catches up to me quickly!

Hey jr dudes! ive just recently started doing jump rope and after my daily jump rope workout I realized that i tend to have pain on my feet, specifically the back of the feet. does that have something to do with jumping rope? cuz ever since i started doing jump rope that's when i felt the pain. after 15-20 min the pain just disappears. and also its not just jump rope that starts the pain, its whenever i use my feet for a long time.
