Maddie, I've been exercising with your videos for quite some time already, when I'm off personal training. Your home workouts are just as intense as the ones with the PT! Your channel is my favorite. I wish you'd do more wrist friendly videos, since I suffer badly from carpal tunnel syndrome as a cook, and sadly a lot of exercises such as planks and pushups heavily rely on your wrist. Sending you much love for 2025!

I did it in combination with another 5 min ab workout on her channel, the slow crunches at the end really burned 😅👌

I’m gonna keep track so I stay consistent LOL (I will be doing a lilly sabri leg workout as well) current weight: 127 lbs current goal: 118(idk why I js feel like it) MERRY CHRISTMAS BTW!! Day 1: ✅ burned but made it through! Day 2:✅ i took a two day break for Christmas but i made it through! Slight burn Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 14:
