Maddie, I've been exercising with your videos for quite some time already, when I'm off personal training. Your home workouts are just as intense as the ones with the PT! Your channel is my favorite. I wish you'd do more wrist friendly videos, since I suffer badly from carpal tunnel syndrome as a cook, and sadly a lot of exercises such as planks and pushups heavily rely on your wrist. I’m gonna keep track so I stay consistent LOL (I will be doing a lilly sabri leg workout as well) current weight: 127 lbs current goal: 118(idk why I js feel like it) MERRY CHRISTMAS BTW!!
