I loved this structure - when I have to repeat the same structure after doing an entire round I find I dread it more LOL but once we do three in a row and move onto the next, it flew by for me!!

I dislike repeats in cardio because I get bored. Surprisingly, this structure worked for me. It gives me a chance to correct my form over reps. And as always, Maddy’s reminders about form are much appreciated.

I'm a beginner and started 15 20 min workouts at home. I find your videos very helpful and structured. I like that you can see the timing, nice music in background, simple exercises with little amount of equipments. And 15 20 min in the morning is not a lot of time so it's easy to find time to do these. Thank you for your work 😊

I’ve been doing this for about two months now and I feel like I see some progress!! Before I would just do regular booty burn workouts but they seem to never work so adding weights to really build up my glutes is amazing. Please Maddie make more of these workouts just like this one. It really helps me out and I can take my time to get my form right.

This is my fav type of structure for leg day. It’s nice to focus on one exercise at a time and then after 3 rounds we are done with it! Also love the calf incorporation. I really gotta work more on those calves!

Wowwww my legs are burnin! I love the sets rather than repeating multiple exercises. I like being able to focus on form so that by the 3rd round of the same exercise I feel a lot more confident. More like this please! I love your workouts!!

I love the structure of this workout. 3 rounds back-to-back of the same exercise make me feel like I’m maxing out each muscle group. Length of the video is also perfect. 20 minutes always feels attainable.

Please do more of these three time repeating workouts! We can really get the hang of the form and feel the intense work this way. It feels very strengthening and less frenetic than lots of different moves in one workout.

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Loved this video… I just started a schedule to do arms 2 days and legs 2 days per week. I did the arms yesterday and legs today! I like how you give specific instructions about positions to get the most out of the workout. In addition I like that you don’t talk too much! So annoying when instructors are constantly talking! Love this structure!! more like this would be awesome! I'm a busy mom who is also a nurse and working out at the end of the day is hard sometimes. I have a set of dumbbells at work and getting in a 20 min efficient workout on my break saves me a lot of time. Thank you for these short but extremely effective workouts.

Love how simple and effective this workout was. Also appreciate that you do three reps. So many videos are no repeat moves and while those are nice sometimes if you don’t have the attention span , I don’t know if they are as effective at building muscle as good old fashioned reps of 3.

Really enjoyed how this workout was structured. I was able to slow down and focus on the movement, my form, and muscle group I was targeting. Slowing down a little allowed me to use heavier weights, which felt great. Thank you for remembering our calves! Mine were screaming by the end of the third set. Thank you!!

I love the instruction on body form. The simple tweaks really help to target where you're actually working out. Bit too simple for what I'm looking for but it's always a refresher to go back to basics and really focus on form!
