I start my mornings with your videos and try to end my days with your videos as well. Sometimes I only get about 5 minutes in but I notice a big difference in the way I feel mentally, emotionally, and even physically after taking time to do a little bit of yoga with you each day. 🙏🏽❤️ Thank you for that.

I am so happy I found your channel! I desperately needed to start some yoga (per my chiropractor, who has got to be tired of seeing me after over a year of twice a month visits). But, I found most videos to be intimidating and few geared toward a true beginner. You, however, are AMAZING. You give the option for variations, telling me to listen to my body! I felt like this was achievable. I now watch your videos every day and try to watch twice a day. I need the time to stretch and recharge my internal battery!!!
