This is EXACTLY what I need! My neck/back muscles are so weak and need strengthening but I'm still working up to having the time for full on strength training. This is something I can easily add in a few times a week even when my schedule goes to crap. Thank you so much!

She advised to wait until you have been cleared for exercise. For most people that's usually somewhere in the 6 to 12 week range.

It all depends on what your goals are and how much time you have! If you’re looking for a balanced full body workout plan, then the monthly calendar is great! if you’re looking for a little bit more of a challenge, I have 14 day challenges or even an advanced you could do 14 months postpartum. If you want to focus on healing, you could start with those or add those several times a week. I hope that helps a little! 💞
