Fantastic booty burner!! I loved this little workout and did it as an add-on to a 55-minute PHA by Cathe Friedrich. I used the wall for elevation. I'll definitely be returning to this workout again in the future. Thanks Linda! ❤🙂

I do agree with you that one must change workout intensities otherwise your body gets used to it, like mine so I change every now and then. Thank you again.
