Welcome to the 15 Minute Tone Series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to tone all your trouble spots using the most effective exercises. You can also add various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge, however, it is still a great workout without it. Get read to feel the burn and see the changes!
In 15 Min Tone Glutes with Loop you will start with a glute bridge series using the booty band to increase the challenge. You have the option of elevating your feet on a support for extra range of motion and BURN! Then you will come into a front laying position for glute raises and extensions to chisel every angle of that butt. Finally finish with some back laying exercises to target butt and thighs with some bonus abs work thrown in.
Fitness level: Intermediate/advanced
Equipment: mat, booty band/resistance loop
