Hey everyone! Welcome to my latest video, "15 Min ABS and CORE Workout with Kettlebell". If you're looking to strengthen your core and carve out some seriously impressive abs, you're in the right place.
In this workout, I'm using an 8kg (17lbs) kettlebell, but remember, you can totally adjust the weight to suit your comfort level. It's all about finding what works best for you. We're going to target those core muscles, which are so important for overall strength and stability. A strong core can improve your posture, reduce back pain, and even enhance your performance in other exercises and daily activities.
This 15-minute session is perfect for when you're short on time but still want an effective workout. We'll go through a series of exercises that are designed to challenge your core from every angle, ensuring we're not missing any muscle group. Plus, the kettlebell adds that extra bit of resistance to really make each movement count.
