Love how short but effective this is!! Great video to learn mind to muscle connection since no one is talking your through it, may take couple tries but your back will be SORE once you get it!!

good workout very challenging . I tryed it but coudnt keep with your maxed out power level. If i cant finish the workout should i just do it until i cant go on ? Or maybe do 5 mins with pauses ? What do you recommend ?
