i've been doing this workout since the third day of movement control order(mco) because of corona (18 March 2020). i started with weight of 71kg and today 23 May 2020 i weight 62.6kg. At first my target is 65kg because i know its gonna be difficult to lose weight but since it passed my target, now i trying to get 60 kg. ouh yes i'm 153cm tall. well i'm kinda short and my bmi still overweight. Hopefully i'll get into the normal bmi range. Wish me luck guys. *just an update today (14 Nov 2020), my current weight is 60.2kg. It been 2 weeks since I maintain that weight. Hopefullybi can get 55kg.

@Nure Erun i also do 10 minute belly fat workout. i do these two workout daily. for the first month (March) i just cut my rice intake but i still eat 3 time a day. by mid April i've started fasting because it's a fasting month which i only eat one proper meal after dusk per day. and i also drink only plain water and cut eating anything sweets. p/s sorry if my english is not good

2 years later and these exercises are still kicking my 🍑. For the last two days I have followed this video, another one of Roberta’s Gym’s 15 minute videos, and one of the 30 minute videos in a row to get approximately 1 hour workout session and when I say I feel it, that’s no joke. I had to push and take longer breaks than I did yesterday, but with the right mind set and literally saying to yourself out loud “You can do this, just push. Do not stop because if you stop you will not reach your goal.” I know this may seem harsh to myself but sometimes that’s what motivates me the most. Yes, I did miss a few sets in some of the moves, but I didn’t stay down long. Just enough to recover some strength to finish the set. You have to work smarter, not harder, and this goes for fitness too. Obviously I’m not a fit individual (currently 211 lb; 1st goal is 180 lb) or I wouldn’t be having to take so many breaks, and my goal is to build enough stamina to make it through a session without almost crying. 😂 I’ve lost 27 lbs in the last year with just diet modifications but progress started to slow down so here I am today. If no one else has said it lately, I promise you, you can do this. Noticing your own progress takes time. You may not notice progress in 3 days, not 1 week, maybe not even a month, but eventually you or someone close to you is gonna notice and you’re gonna be glad you stuck through. That’s your motivation, gaining confidence. I don’t know how I went from just wanting to comment about this routine kicking 🍑 to a mushy “don’t give up” post, but you’re welcome to whoever finds it motivating. 😂

@@divyasreedivya6196 most of the time only this exercises. Once a while i do standing cardio by roberta's gym also. I eat rice during lunch time only but in small portion (5-6 table spoon for eg). In the afternoon if i craving for something i'll eat in small portion too (1-2 table spoon for eg) Morning and night i drink meal replacement. Hope this will help u..

Btw sweating dosent burn calories it's actually your body cooling down, some people who cant sweat cant cool doen and that cause a heat stroke. But yes exercising in warmer temperatures is usually better

WOW! I can't believe the difficulty factor in these! MOST of them I was able to complete, but there were a couple where I had to stop well before the count was up. I am going to do these every morning until they are too easy --- THAT is going to take a very long time, for sure!

My weight started increasing like 3-4 kgs per month. So One day (finally) I decided to start workout and stop having outside food. And i found this video, which is good for beginners to start. So along with this workout I have tried doing 10-11k steps for approx 20 days continuously... resulted I didn't reduce weight but I lost some inches which was visible and my weight stopped increasing; it is stable since 1.5 months. I believe if I will continue this with good avg diet it will start reducing some kgs as well... Thanks Roberta 🙃

Jeez that was 33 minutes I feel proud of myself. My body is all sore. Love the feeling Day7: completed standing workout cardio challenge Day8: completed walk 1 mile at home (My weight is around 81.95kg as of today, don't know how much lost or gained since don't have the weight when I started ) Day 9: today it could've been easier for you to give up Aditi, but you did it, showing up matters. You did this before sleeping so you don't lose your streak 🥺 Completed walk 1 mile at home. Day 10: completed 14 day no jumping weightloss workout challenge. Day 11: completed lose 4kg in 7 days workout today. I skipped 2-3 exercises for I was tired. But proud of myself. That was 37 minutes workout 😎🖐️ Day 12: completed standing workout cardio challenge Day 13: completed 14 day no jumping weightloss workout challenge. (33 mins) Day 14: completed standing workout cardio challenge (15 mins) Day 15: completed this workout (16 mins) Day 16: supercharge your belly fat loss journey (skipped 2-3 exercises in end because was running late) it was 27 mins and fun and easy. Didn't feel like it was 27 mins because there were tons of rest given and 14 reps. Best for beginners. Also variety is the key, I wasn't really feeling the will to exercise, but something new and exciting motivated me, try different workouts on diff days. You'll never get bored. Boredom is something we have to not let in us at all costs. **Update, got weight checked on day16, 80.85!!!! Hi Roberta!!! I’m following you till 5 months and with maintaining my diet, so I lose 7 kgs!! This lose had happened last 3 months , but now previous 2months my weight is not losing any more. I'll keep this simple. So I've been doing this since 3 days. I'll let y'all know the results. I started this workout yesterday Day 1:- I was feeling so goodI did 2 reps of this video Day 2:- MY lower back hurted so much but I still did it 3 reps of this video Day 3:- MY lower back hurted but a lil less I did 3 reps of this video. Day 4:- I did 2 reps of this video today I felt good and no lower back pain 😄 Day 5:- I did 2 reps if this video today but I felt a llil tired today and I skipped some lateral arm circles today. Day 6:- same as day 5 but I sweated too much. Day 7:- I felt lazy but I still did 2 reps of this video and skipped the rest time I feel so good now Day 8:- done Day 9:- done I felt so good I see some changes but also I felt tired I will keep u updated for 1 or 2 weeks atleast. I really like this exercise. I can practice it well. Because it is quiet easy for us to follow each movement. I have tried this for 6 days. I hope I can lost half of my weight.
