Wow! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I didnt use any weights but lasted only 6 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover😟 My MIL did the full video with 10 lb dumbbells!! Her arms also have a muscle and her strength is like Chloe's!!! I feel really low and defeated.

You will get stronger over time! Don’t give up. Keep going until you can eventually do the whole workout and then slowly work your way up to weights. As you get you used to lighter weights you’ll get more comfortable with heavier weights in the future. Your MIL started out just like you but look where she is now! You can do it!

I try this lessons regularly as my MIL told me that over time they will make me very strong and super confident and my arm will even start showing a muscle!!! As a man, I really want to be strong and empowered in front of my MIL! I tried arm-wrestle test against my mother-in-law's arm, but even using two arms together against her one arm, I could not even move her arm! :(

I started doing her workouts with only weight loss in mind but along the way I noticed how my posture became so much better (I have to sit a lot during the day) I always wondered why I was never able to fix my posture before

College break is the perfect time to start these workouts. Day1✅️: some of them were a bit difficult like the superman one and plank but i completed it. Loved the workouts since im a cardio girly and lifting weights felt so new! Day2✅️: i am a bit sore from previous day but i felt it only when i lifted up my arms to reach the cabinet. Today's workout was also super fun. Im a bit out of energy after doing the 2 weeks shread workout but amazing overall!! Day3✅️: oh boy did i underestimate the workouts, the 2 weeks shred one was more difficult as i started to focus more on doing the exercises effectively so it is difficult whereas i love lifting weights, its difficult but i got the hang of it. Day4✅️: okay i think i know what im doing wrong in these exercises so the abs one is difficult but i know how to do it correctly, whereas this one is good but im not sure if its really doing anything for my back Day5✅️: for gods sake i cant do supermans 🙏🙏 what is that exercise. But i got the hang of the abs workout and i am loving lifting weights I added 1 minute 30 seconds skipping rope at the end of each workout and now my calves hurt. I tried to do 1 min plank as well but nope i was breathing like an 80 year old👍 Day6✅️: my ab lines are a bit more defined but i need to work on my form and my diet to see results and i am skipping most of the breaks in lifting weights so im getting a good hang of it. Did the skipping rope in the end reduced it to 1min. BTW I SWEAR I SEE THOSE MUSCLE LINES ON MY ARMS I HAVEN'T SEEN THEM BEFORE, I GUESS THE WORKOUTS ARE WORKING. Day7❌️: i was supposed to go out with my friend but we canceled and now i made cookie dough which failed drastically so now i ate lots of calories and we call it a cheat day. Im locking in from tomorrow.

If you're feeling pain or tightness in your lower back during the weighted exercises, try shifting one foot forward to stagger your stance, it creates a more equal balance and takes pressure off the lower back! Good luck pals 💪🏻

Hyy Chloe....I m 20 years old and I m commenting on your recent video so that you can see this quickly.....I went through worst breakup of my life in September 2023 after this I got thypoid in November 2023 I was admitted in hospital and in January 31,2024 I got to know that I have kidney stones....umm ya.... because of feeling lonely I ate street food daily even after thypoid....but in February I started your 2 weeks and challange but I was not able to complete it and did for 4 5 days only maybe less then it....then after 1 or 1.5 week I started your 2024 get toned challenge.... completed 4 days of it will continue it and ya because of you your exercises I don't eat much now of outside and I also consulted with doctor about can I exercise in kidney stones or not and she said yes that I can do exercises it's okk and I m coming out of deepresion because of your exercises ❤ it's a big thing for me...........I m from India.... I listen to this song before workouts and as I have no boyfriend currently.... as now I m working on myself....with the help of you I can work on myself consistently...ily Chloe sis 💞.... My real name is Lavisha and I should have uploaded videos on utube as others do but my family is conservative so I can't....I think I started loving myself and I get peace by completing the workouts 🎉😊❤
