@@amritakaur5679 Yeah of course! But because they’re weights, they also build muscle, which is heavier than fat. Even if u don’t notice the weight loss in your arms, you’re still gaining muscle either way which will make your arms become way more defined once you continue doing it.

Thanks for that. Was wondering how many exercises there were after the fifth one. Just easier to focus on 6-7 of them and do them in sets. That’s almost 20 exercises in which each muscle group is being trained... 4-5 times. You’ll feel a burn, but at what cost?

To any beginners who don’t even have weights, I just did this workout without weights and I still felt my muscles working!! Really focus on the muscles you’re working, and you’re basically practicing making your form perfect before you add weights!

You can use anything as a weight as long as there are two the same. Food is good as it stops me eating it. Cans, bottles, bag of apples etc. Very good point that even without weight it is a work out. A good way to build towards more.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I don’t have weights so I did “arms and upper body no equipment” one she has. Just look up the workout and you’ll find it. It was just as much arm workouts as this one was. My arms are burning. It’s beginner friendly too!! I have never gotten over 2 likes!! Thank you!!!

Pro tip: if you cut out something immediately you want it more. You're setting yourself up for failing. Cutting it out slowly and replacing the things you want the most is the best way to stop.

the longer you put off a craving for something, the more you're going to want it. If you have it in moderation, it won't hurt your weight loss goals. In fact, you're helping your goals because if you neglect the craving it'll just build up and you could binge later. So have that cookie, and stay hydrated, your body will loose the weight esp if you're working out. I'm speaking from science and experience.

I did this workout the day it came out for like 6 months straight. I’m doing it again today and I feel so much stronger after two and a half years. It’s do-able guys and so worth it, I started off with ONE POUND and I was a pre-teen and now I’m a healthy teenager and can lift seven pounds. No matter if you’re a teenager or a full-grown adult, working out is for all ages and benefits people of all ages.

you don't have to use dumbells, as long as you have that resistance it should be okay, BUT dumbells do help with the burn(faster results)

Hi guys i did 3 of her videos earlier and lost 2 kg's in around 40 days. I did 2 week shred, leg butt and thigh & leg and booty before. Started arms today. Earlier weight: 61kg Current weight: 59.90kg Day 1: did this and then jumped rope for 2 minutes and rode the treadmill for 5 minutes Day 2: completed the set and skipped ropes for 5 minutes Day 3: did it and skipped ropes for 5 minutes Day 4: along with this skipped ropes and did some ab crunches Day 5: feeling lethargic today only did this Day 6: completed it and skipped ropes for 5 minutes Day 7: completed the set, skipped ropes for 3 minutes and did a zumba song for 4 minutes Day 8: completed the set, did zumba for 5 minutes and skipped ropes for 5 Day 9: done with the set , did a zumba video and skipped 💯 times Day 10: done along with 5 minutes zumba Day 11: done along with zumba and skipped 💯 times Day 12: set done, did a 5 minutes zumba video and skipped 💯 times Day 13: skipped due to period cramps Day 14: set done, did a zumba video , Skipped ropes 💯 times and did some core exercises Day 15: set done, did zumba , skipped 💯 times Will do some other video from tomorrow Current weight: 58.35 kgs Total weight loss in 15 days - 1.55kgs Edit : Hi guys my lowest weight last year was 56 kgs after which I relapsed due to work commitments and my laziness and my foodie mouth. If it's too much at first try to do as much of the video as your comfortable with then keep doing the same amount till you become stronger and more comfortable with it ♡ Then you can try do more and more of the video till you feel good doing the whole thing! I could barely get through this one last year but now with time and practice I'm able to do it fully 💕 just be sure to be consistent with practice!

I feel really low, weak and poor self worth 😟 Can I try this lesson without weights and try to last at least till Set 1? As a man, I really would like to be strong with a bit of muscles. I can't imagine how Coach Chloe's thick biceps are possible?! I am amazed when I read about how strong and muscular all the women are here! I do feel demotivated a bit sometimes and lost for what to do.

Hi! Is this for men also? I am a man in did this lesson. I could manage only with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but could not even finish set 2. I gave up around the 7 minutes mark as my arms just collapsed. I am amazed at how strong and muscular the women are here! I wish I can achieve thick biceps like Chloe have!!

I love that you can custom make your own workouts using these videos! I usually try to focus on working different areas of my whole body at once, rather than focus on one area for a few weeks, so I made up my own plan of different workouts so that it did everything, and I've lost 13.5inches all over my body in a month!! 😱

Doing this for three weeks everyday Day 1 - Done. Was struggling quite a lot because the weights I’ve got are 5Kgs each. Day 2 - Done. My arms were really sore from yesterday’s workout but I completed this entirely. Anyone else like when they are sore? I don’t know I kind of feel accomplished when I’m sore😂. After two days break Day 3 - Done. Not struggling like the first two days, and not sore any more. Day 4 - Done. Why did I feel that it got over too soon 🤭? Day 5 - Done. Not gonna lie but this is getting easier. I do drop my dumbbells every time there's break in between the exercises but the struggle has definitely reduced as compared to before. Day 6 - Done. I missed a day in between because i didn't sleep well a day before that. Day 7 - Done. Day 8 - Done. One of those days when this fifteen minutes workout felt like an hour long workout. Day 9 - Done.

This is my first time with this workout, and I love it!!! Definitely put my arms and back to the test. Almost dropped down my weights a few pounds, but that's no fun! If it isn't challenging, it isn't changing. Use weights that challenge you. Do not use weights that only allow two reps. That's too much and completely ineffective. Progressive overload is increasing weight very slowly over time. Use weights that challenge you but allow you to do a good amount of reps before your muscles give out. Only increase when that weight no longer challenges you and makes the exercise too easy! You got this. Slow and steady will give the best results.

Just started doing this for the last 3/4 days. First 2 days were comparatively easier. As days pass by and I am being more careful about the correct posture I have started feeling that sensation in my upper arms. Am not yet been able to do the push ups though. I am doing the plank instead.. hope that works. Love the perspiration at the last exercise. Makes me feel accomplished 😊 Thank you so much for such a lovely video ❤️

I just started again with my fitness journey after taking a break for some time. I was really proud of myself for getting through this workout with only a few modifications. This video has always been my favorite one for my arms and upper body. I always do it with 2kg/3kg dumbbells depending on the exercise. I really love it and I feel so much stronger already. @@kristabellehide5235 it might be surprising but it depends on how much you eat, if you eat in a small caloric deficit you will get lean arms (burn fat but keep muscle) if you eat in a surplus you'll get big guns (muscle grows)!

When I did this workout last week I couldn't do the pushup (still can't) but I got to use similar weights to yours today and I was able to do the renegade row and the girl version of pushups! I have to been working out for almost 2 weeks straight and I'm getting so much stronger!!

A couple of years ago I got a really bad shoulder injury in my left shoulder. It’s been weak ever since because I can’t strain it but these workouts are easy enough for me to safely build my strength back up in that arm and it’s hard but I’m having fun and I’m actually starting to feel strength come back in my noodle arm! :)

@@kausarbano1286 I completed the challenge! I haven’t had the time to do another one since I am in paramedic school at the moment but these workouts got me in shape and I am so grateful. I am able to lift equipment and patients and even the manual stretcher on our backup ambulance. No crazy before and after pics but the difference in my ability to lift easily at work is amazing! Your comment has made me think maybe I should do another challenge over the holiday break…

I used water bottles filled with rice because it didn’t slosh around as much as water did. Whatever you have totally works and any improvement in yourself is worth the effort. Just do your best and stick with it. You’ve got this!

@@vansa14Thanks for your encouragement and guidance! It is very helpful! I feel really low, weak and poor self worth 😟 Can I try this lesson without weights and try to last at least till Set 1? As a man, I really would like to be strong with a bit of muscles. I can't imagine how Coach Chloe's thick biceps are possible?! I am amazed when I read about how strong and muscular all the women are here! I do feel demotivated a bit sometimes and lost for what to do.

blink member I’m on day 14! I used weights but I think I’ll switch to the low impact version starting tomorrow because it’s been giving me back pain :/ so if you’re a beginner like me I don’t think you should use weights. I haven’t seen drastic results yet but I feel stronger ! Let you know when I finish the challenge :)
