Bellissima routine Elia, la tailor pose contro la parete è stata un'ottima dritta con i blocks! Grazie come sempre per i tuoi consigli!

Against the wall i am just about three flat hands distance ✋ to make the full split!!! This routine has increased dramatically my level.

Thank you so much for trying it out! I'm really happy it did help you. Seems like you're really close to the side split! Congrats!

I just want to add a little detail i am after discover, might be helpful. Performing the same routine standind position to ground involves different group of muscles, so the stretch level will look less, but then performing with same angle as we were doing in a wall and then gently push your body horizontal we can match both split variations. Hope you can understand this explanation. I just tried this variation now and works!

this helped and made me feel relaxed but my gracilis is still too tight for a pancake stretch 😔

Thank you so much! The gracilis is addressed in this routine: in the one leg frog stretch and in the chest to wall split!

Unfortunately bro in flexibility there are not "1 month challenges" if you're serious about it and go for the long, safe road. This is how I teach. And I think that "how to put your legs behind your head" tutorial won't be much appreciated (maybe I'm wrong here... ahahah)
