Hi there coach! Nice routine, how often should we do the routine? Do I need to warm up b4 the routine or go progressively ? Thanks

Hey Stephen! Thank you so much! So, you can repeat the routine 3-4 times a week. If you have time restrictions, jump straight into the routine. If you have not time restrictions, then spend 5 minutes warming up your legs with basic exercises like squats and lunges (you can find split squats and sumo squats in my channel, which are great for that!)
