Love this I just got a new PT client and I am starting him off with kettlebells he is completely new to weight training and needs to work in balance and stability I love your teaching points

Hey coach. I do my routines with a 30lb KB. Sitting in the corner catching dust is an unused 44lb beast. Too unpleasantly heavy for this old fella to enjoy. I always add a 40 second suitcase walk to end of each round. Should I cgrab the 44lb for the carries or keep to my goto 30lb KB?
