That’s why I commend you for the commitment you made to yourself & joining me today.

We’re going to hit every body part: arms, abs, glutes and legs. Remember: with a cocktail of consistency and discipline you can DEFINITELY achieve the body you desire. AND, also remember: THAT IT’S NEVER TO LATE! At the youthful age of 70, I’m only in second gear; so never put limits on yourself because of your age.
