Hi Shellea. This is one of my favourite workouts! During my years in admin, I developed RSI in my right arm and later developed spondylosis (arthritis) which affects my right shoulder and neck. Your exercises are a lifesaver, allowing me to get through my working day and perform household tasks! Please keep the videos coming, especially the ones without weights. I also love your seated ab work outs and I've noticed the tone coming back in my body! Combined with my daily walks and other cardio exercises, i'm getting back into shape after Christmas.🤣 Thanks so much for all that you do and your words of encouragement! ❤ ❤ Irene 🥰

💪💪 I'm here to confirm that this workout truly works ! I could barely do this when I started and now 6 weeks later this is easy and my arms look really good and I've done nothing else ! I'm a busy mid fifties mom and I'm lucky to get this in with one if her walking workouts 5 days a week and it's been life changing ! My pot belly is half the size ! I didn't think any of this was possible without extreme exercise, but I was wrong. Stick with it 💪♥️💪♥️💪♥️💪

I’m 72 yrs old lost 40lbs so was looking for exercises for my arms and so flag I found Fabulous 50s workout. She makes it easy to want to continue exercising.

Me too- I don’t know is much weight I’ve lost, because I don better when I just go by how my clothes fit: After doing fab50s, not just arms of course, daily, Hallelujah, I’m in clothes I couldn’t wear got 3 or 4 years-/ in the good direction! By the way, I’m 68 !

I will be 72 in a week and I love these toning exercises! I started out doing just a couple a day, now I'm up to 5 a day. I do them when I first get up in the morning. Later in the day I walk the circle in my neighborhood which has two hills for a good cardio workout. All this thanks to my ortho Dr who did hip replacement two years ago and a knee replacement last year!

I was working out harder and longer and didn't see much results. with your videos in less time I feel my muscles tired, my arms more shapely and I can see my waist. maybe is because what other people said here that your voice and encouragement are amazing or the soothing fun music or the super backgrounds. I don't exactly know your secret but I know it works. thanks so much. wish you keep doing these videos forever!

Great workout! I just started a week ago. I most definitely feel the burn, but since the exercise is only 5 minutes I feel I need to put my best foot forward. These exercises are short enough and easy enough to fit into my morning before getting ready for work. I like the shortness of the video because you can do it anytime of the day. It doesn't take up a lot of time and you feel like you can get through it a lot easier. The mindset is telling you you can do it it's only a short period of time. So Shellea keep up what you're doing. I totally enjoy the arm workouts. I have done some of the 10-minute arm workouts as well. I'm working my way to the full body workouts. Just in one week I am already noticing the difference in my arms feeling more toned and also the look. I will definitely keep up the work especially since it's only 5 or 10 minute workout a day. Great job Shellea. ❤️❤️❤️💪💪💪

Hi Schellea, arms defo burning - LOVED it. Had 2 do it sitting down leaning on soft seat as I've pulled my intercostal muscles - but managed 2 do most of it. THANK U, this has given me such a boost as not able 2 exercise like normal as ribs so sore. BIG thanks for doing it outside, ur garden's beautiful ( just like u), it's a joy to see it xx

It is amazing how a just few short minutes makes your arms burn. I did this one three times in succession. Made for a productive 15 minutes. Thank you for your short, effective workouts. I appreciate your lovely demeanor, and your positive and encouraging message.

Great arm workout! More effective than I thought it was going to be. I've been working on my arms and recently noticed my Spring jacket fitting much looser in the shoulders. Yes, I'm seeing results, and getting more toned and stronger! Thanks so much Schellea!! 😘❤

Great workout. I did it with 3.5# DBS right after the 15 minute fast walk 1500 steps done with 5# dumbbells. My heart rate is way up and I'm sweating but very satisfied with my efforts. Thanks for making it fun

I’m “grounded” from speed walking due to right hip bursitis so I’m concentrating on my upper body, especially my batwings. Ayden, my 14 year old (football player build) grandson was here and watched me workout with you in this and two other videos. He said, she’s beautiful, I love her accent, I’d love to meet her but she can beat me up!!! 😂 She has big muscles!!! I couldn’t get him to try a single exercise! FYI, I’m 61!
