The cloth bands are so much better than the rubber ones, they are also way more difficult. A medium cloth one is like a heavy duty rubber one. Love your 10 minute workouts to add to your other 10 -30minute workouts. I am doing your Snatched Waist challenge, but I am doing it every day for 30 days. I teach and we are doing 30 day challenges to get the students to commit to something. It could be 30 days to cut back on something also (video game time)etc. I also committed to doing at least one exercise video before school along with walking my morning 2 miles while listening to the news. And I do my afternoon video exercises At least 20,000 steps has been my goal, but not as easy getting outside for my walks with the New England snow, chill and ice. But it is all good If I do a minimum of 15,000 steps itś okay. Wish my house were bigger so I could have more distance to cover. The zoom meetings have me sitting, which I hate..Thank you for always being so cheerful and for pushing us into a better version of ourselves..Kudos to everyone on your channel.

Did this after the BTES app workout and my ass is on FIRE!! If you dont have booty bands you have to get some to take that burn and butt to another level!!!
