BICEP BLOW UP - Biceps Workout at Home with Dumbbells | No Repeat

This no repeat bicep blow up includes wide curls, cross body curls, palms up curls and my favourite; hammer curls!! Along with variations of curls, there is tempo & range of motion variations and isometrics to really require a lot of work on the biceps!
For this bicep workout you will simply need a pair of dumbbells!
The dumbbells I am using are 8 kg each!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest!

2 x DUMBBELL HAMMER CURL!
Curls can definitely be ‘easier’ if you just want to get the dumbbells up! But sun or really make your biceps work hard! Keep elbows in close, and slowly lower the dumbbells with each full rep!
My biceps were totally pumped after and as you can see in the thumbnail! My arms do not remain like this as this is due to the exertion on the biceps leading to increase blood flow!
Definitely chasing a pump today!!

Excellent Ananya! Make sure you pick a light weight as it’s challenging! This will definitely help strengthen and build your biceps so maybe a good short workout to even do once or twice per week to help! Cx

I told my husband he’s doing this workout with me, he said “ok, sure!” Half way through the workout he says, “ She’s insane !” (I just smile 😊). At the end he says, “F this!” 😂 😂 😂 Ahhh, this was amazing. Thank you Caroline!!!

Great routine. I used three different sets of weights to be able to get through it 8kg 6kg and 4s. Got a long way to go before I can use just 8kg. But done it. Thanks Caroline

Wow! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (300 grams) as weights but could not last even 6 minutes (wide curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 8 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

Wow, my arms are noodles now. I did this workout with the 15-minute Tricep back to back. Thanks to Caroline for her channel, expertise and dedication. Made a huge difference in my life. I get a kick how sometimes she works out with no shoes on and I think, “I fear that I would drop a dumbbell on my feet.” Than I realize that shoes wouldn’t make much a difference in protection if that happened. Anyway, Caroline, keep giving us these kick-butt workouts.

I think some people don't read all your details for each workout as people don't know how to use you tube in some cases. It may be helpful for the community to see what your rest days look like. Maybe it's just you popping on for two minutes to remind people to rest. Your channel is amazing so I don't mean to tell you how to manage it. Today I worked on mobility. And walked my dog. Hi everyone...if this is anything like the tricep add on a couple of days ago then our biceps will be worked absolutely to failure! But I’m so much looking forward to it! I just loved it...pleased that I used 8 kg throughout which was just the right weight for me to be challenging but doable! I predict that after this workout my biceps will be sore for days. Wow, what a burn. I used 6kg each and it was perfect for me. Hammer curl hold was ferocious and the last two exercises were really good. Really good friday workout. Hope you enjoy your rest day tomorrow and see you on sunday😊☀️

This Certainly is a Wee Gem. The variety is amazing, the pump is second to none and the 10kg DBs feel like 20s on the final slow curls. I have no idea where you have been hiddening some of these combinations Caroline but so glad they went on general release because I just loved this session. I'm 16 years old, my height is 5 feet 8.7 inches, and I weigh 80 kg. I have some fat in my hands. I've been doing a bicep workout for the past 26 days, taking one day off after each workout day, so I've worked out 13 times so far. I've noticed a difference in my bicep size. I started with 6 kg dumbbells, then moved to 7.5 kg, 8.5 kg, and now I'm using 10 kg dumbbells. I'll post updates on my biceps progress. Thank you and bye✌🏻

Had to hold off on working out the previous 2 1/2 months, but now able to resume. Mainly working on biceps and triceps. I could not start back with the same weight. Had to drop down from 15 Lbs to 12, and 20 to 15 on some of the exercises. Just wondering how long before I can go back to where I was. Usually get in 3 sessions a week. Love your workouts!

Okayyyyy!!!!!this 15 minutes really blew my arms.....till 40% I was enjoying it n then the burn started. And what great combinations...I can feel every muscle of my Arm...thanks thanks thanks Caroline

What gets me is the way Caroline looks so happy even though her biceps must surely be screaming for mercy... she actually makes the pain seem glamorous! 💪🏼🔥 I feel like training my upper body today so I might consider doing this one.

Done! I mostly used 7.5kg dumbbells but had to drop to 6.5kg near the end. I'm going to do Tuesday's tricep workout next to make it an arm day, and if I have time I might add some abs in there too 🙂

Did this again as the add-on to EPIC III Day 2. As before, started with 7.5kg and had to drop to 6.5kg towards the end, but this time my biceps weren't completely fresh at the start.

Wow! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half lb) as weights but could not last even 6 minutes (wide curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 15 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

Hey Monika! My arms definitely worked to failure with this one!! My left arm failed much sooner than my right😆. Those holds and pulses were KILLER! I had a nice pump afterwards too..still feel like i have it hours later too😂. Hope you are having a wonderful day!

I immediately saved this one in my upper body playlist! My left side is weaker too - I especially notice it when doing upper body stuff like snatches, alternating shoulder press ... and of course all kind of biceps curls. @Monika Kaiser my right side is weaker than my left so if I have to drop weight for upper body I have to go to a weight I know my right side can handle just as much to keep up with the left side. This was a really good workout I distracted that I had to drop to 6 kg a couple times for the sake of the doing the full move with perfect form but that’s how difficult it was to keep with up with 8 kg.

I have an injured shoulder tendon in the front of my shoulder so I'm going to attempt this with my 5s instead of 10s but knowing me I'm going to throw some 10s in anyways lol. Love these workouts!!

🔥🔥🔥! How are my arms still functioning after that!?!😳🥴 Bicep burn out and BLOW UP!! My left arm stopped wanting to function like half way through the workout!!😆 During those hammer curl holds towards the end, my left arm just kinda ever so slowly extended the whole time😂! It was done for! That was an intense and very challenging workout to say the least. Superb as always Caroline. I'm gonna be feeling that tomorrow..and the rest of the day😉😁!! My biceps are definitely swollen now haha..and I can feel the heat! Hope everyone's arms still work after this too😆!! See you all Sunday!!
