Dina, Found this cardio exercise this morning. What a great workout. I will be doing it frequently along with my other silver sneakers exercises. So grateful for these exercises since I'm not qualified for live classes. Thank you very much.

That was great! The tempo was good, the moves were not too difficult, but still challenging. I love how you let us know in advance what the next move is; so many instructors tell you right when they are changing. I also love how when you say right or left what I see on the screen matches with MY right and left. Thank you!

This was a great work out as yesterday I was moving bricks and earth, must admite I was going to skip todays exercise but instead I am glad I did not. Today I will move a mountain of bricks and earth thank you.

I love this cardio mix. I have neglected exercise for several years so am now retired and getting back to it. I like this because it has enough steps to not get boring. The pace and length is great. I keep doing this one over daily and will do so until I can do it easily. There are other mixes using weights also that can be done with this one.

I'm 41 and have had a heart attack. I am stationary most of the day. I came across this and hope it's something I can do to start off slow without becoming out of breath or quitting half way thru. About to try it!

You Know im 23 and i have a very challenging exam coming up and i was seating in my room all day studying, so I thought i really need to do some exercise activity. But i didn't want it to be so hard. You're already online--look for more Silver Sneakers workouts. There are some good workouts while sitting down; they still work the core, legs, and arms. Lots of great workouts for seniors online. Have fun finding them and doing some great workouts!

Thank you! I had great fun with this workout. Yes, my adrenaline did kick in. I am 75 1/2 years old with arthritis in my feet due to 10 plus years of doing high impact aerobic dancing. I stopped jumping in my fifties. Now I just walk and work on my balance. Due to years of overuse, my joints are wearing out, but I still have my original parts. This routine reminded me of the "old days" routines. Of course, I am now sitting down, but feel good!

I may not be able to keep up very well, but the tempo is motivation to keep me moving at my own pace. At least my foot is getting in shape from tapping to the beat!

I'm 77 and have been working out with Silver Sneakers for three months. I started with shorter routines and have worked up to 15 minutes of cardio twice a day. I couldn't have done this routine when I began but now the time and tempo are in sync with my increased fitness.

The tempo can be adjusted by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom of the screen and then selecting the playback speed. Sometimes it helps to play the video just a bit slower if the moves are too fast or complicated.

This is a great workout. However, just like all the other Silver Sneakers workouts it has too much instruction. This makes it very boring after a while. I would suggest that anyone needing less instruction try "Improved Health for Seniors".
