Beef, bacon, butter, eggs and salt will cure most metabolic problems.

Here we are three years on from when you put out this video and here I am in the UK, a 60 year old woman with MS, who has just thoroughly enjoyed doing this workout routine😊 You are a ‘rare breed’ amongst the huge number of online instructors Andi with the excellent quality of move/safety points you provide. This means I feel safe to be doing things correctly, despite the impacts of my MS. I have been a certified instructor of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention for 8 years. The program was started by Doctor Paul Lam. It is an evidence based program for fall prevention. It is also endorsed by the CDC and the Arthritis Foundation. It would be a wonderful program for Silver Sneakers.

I realize you're trying to make a quick viedeo, but it's helpful if you go a little slower until your audience have time to mimic all the moves. Why do people just assume everyone is following? Also sometimes quick moves arent' as effective as staying in poses longer, (ie" lunging or squats or any holding poses) Thank you
