I added this on to the end of my 40 minute MetCon workout. It was just what I wanted to get some more cardio in, and it was a great finisher! I'm nice and sweaty and pleasantly fatigued now! 😅

Great workout, Larie! I added this on to a 40 minute butt and thigh strength/cardio. Ha ha! I didn't preview this workout, so I didn't realize it was lower body focused! 🤣 It was a lot, after already working lower body hard 🔥, but I pushed through and finished strong. I feel so accomplished now!
