Larie, this was a perfect workout for my Sunday morning! 👍I had planned on doing it later next week, but decided to do it today. 😃That was a great endurance challenge! I loved all the kicks, and keeping the focus on one side for a few rounds was killer! 🔥 After this, I did a 20 minute strength workout for chest and triceps. I'm all pumped up now, and ready to get into the rest of my day feeling strong! 💪

This looks really good, Larie! I am planning to do this later in the week, and pair it with an upper body strength workout. I can't wait! 😁 I've gotten so used to doing HIIT cardio, so it will be nice to break out of that and do a steady-state cardio for a change! 👍
