This 15 minute Pilates core workout proves that adding 1 prop to your workout doubles the benefit! Follow along with Chloe de Winter as she moves with you through this 15 minute core workout using the magic circle. Don't have a magic circle? Don't worry! A pillow works great. When you're ready, meet us on the mat and lets work our abdominals!

Thank you Chlo for the workout. I was hoping that in the stretch we’d help the core muscles a bit, but we did only the back of the leg. If I may say, I missed that from your class, but apart from that it was nicely challenging. Thanks again.
