jamal davis we usually shoot for 4 days a week for resistance training (lifting weights) and 2-3 days of some form of cardio. We usually play volleyball or run since we have a 10k run coming up in May. We also do the HIIT cardio mix ups for cardio as well since the time passes so quick during those.
