I love this! Big time sciatic issues. I've been doing this bed exercises for 2 weeks. What a difference. Keep bringing it ! I love this guru. He is super easy to follow. He's very upbeat. I love it. He ends with a little yoga meditation most of his videos. Thank you so much Deron. 🙏❤

Good morning Deron. I’m back now and looking forward to improved movement via GYF. I’m having to do a lot of improve when I try the bed exercises because my upper body😅strength is so poor. When I try to sit up on my really thick mattress topper I can’t do it… I might be able to get on the floor instead with those few exercises and hopefully that will work for me. Anyway. I’ll be turning 76 next month and really feel good for my age, just a little weak in the upper arms and legs. I had a total hip nearly 2 years ago and thankfully most of the lower back pain is now gone too. Yay!!! So have a great day and watch for me in the days to come…, I might be jumping around some but feel that I need to in order to be able to get back to where I left off. 🙋‍♀️

Just found your videos tonigjt, funny thing is I have never seen anyone do these but I have actually been doing all of these on my own, except for the arch one. Good to know I've actually been doing something good for myself.

I love this!!! Thank you🙏 I really struggle with sciatica and leg cramp's. This has helped so much just in 4 days! The burning has stopped. Yay😂 I work out to your videos daily. I love them. I can following your gentle lead. I hope you make these morning and evening videos DVD to buy. I'm 66 and found these videos to absolutely be the ticket to get moving! I highly recommend to anyone! I also love your products! Love how you keep us connected to our body! A full spectrum exercise program. Love how you end with a little meditation on a lot of your videos. Feeling grateful and healthy! Keep on moving! I'm a BIG Fan! 👍❤️💃

Good morning Deron. I’m doing chair exercise, balance exercise and core and back pain. It helps me . I do it everyday. But i’m experiencing pain in my upper right back when getting up. Now i found this morning stretch in bed. I tried to do it also. But most of all it helps me a lot too. Thank you very much.

Definitely helps ❤ thank you. Started with your chair exercises now I'm trying more. Had 7 surgeries last year and was denied physiotherapy to help me get active again. These have been a life saver ❤
