Did this work out standing up today with my family, we all loved it, even the younger ones, we had a lot of fun, and love your encouragement . Highly recommend your exercise program. Many thanks for the exercises which I've recently started working out with you. As a leg amputee, this is exactly what I need to maintain my workouts. I used to be lazy about them, but you give me the stimulus to keep up as much as possible.

71 yrs... Just tried... managed the 10 on both sides but only with holding on to the chair 😆I will now embark on a daily regular routine as I could feel sensitivity in my hips... my leg strength is certainly not what it should be. 😯 My aim is to do these withour chair support 🤣

I did these with my 97 year old friend (WWII Navy vet) to the music of the Navy’s marching band theme. It was hilarious and I burned more calories laughing while doing them. He’s 98, going on 99.

Yes, yes, yes. I have actually strengthened my knees to the point that when I drive my knees up, I am able to hinge upwards three full times. I am working towards four hinges. You rock! ❤

Welcome back, I am so happy because you have changed my weak wobbly knees into strong dependable knees and my 63 year old thighs are shaping up nicely too. Thanks so much. ❤ I now walk backwards down my 30' hallway with my eyes closed just to test my balance. 😊

Is there any chair/sitting exercise(s) you'd recommend to someone just starting out, with limited mobility?

I thought that too, but just standing next to a dining room chair, or in front of my kitchen counter with these beginner exercises, VERY quickly strengthened my mobility. That allowed me to challenge myself more. In less than eight weeks, I am now back in the garden with what used to be my unstable legs. ❤
