As a 58 year old with both Inflammatory Arthritis and Parkinson's, I found this video very helpful. Not only to ease my pain and tightness but also to increase my balance and strength.

Chair Yoga is a great option for those who do not like to get on the floor. I also like the leverage it gives with many poses. I feel a deeper stretch with the chair. And the chair is a great tool to assist with balance poses.
