I'm 85 Have all the aches and pains associated with my age. I've been excersizing with you for one month now .....I walk better, I can put on my shoes, I no longer take pain pills, I sleep much better. I even can do my own housework! No nursing home for me! I'm thrilled I found these exercises. My balance was off, my ankles were stiff and they were cramping. I never knew what my knees were going to do, sometimes the right one would just go. I had shooting lighting fast shocks that would come out of nowhere striking different areas in my legs. I still can't believe it but all my issues have vanished and I've only been doing these exercises for maybe 6 weeks. I'm very thankful for Grow Young Fitness and this young man.
